Liked: average hostel with normal service as well. staffs served with no smile and always asking for a tour. i got stuck with them and check out without saying anything

Liked: Lucky Star Hotel is the best place to stay in Hanoi if you want to stay in the Old Quarter. The facilities are really good, and the location is excellent too. One thing that I like best is the emotion of hotel staff. They are really helpful. I forgot my pocket in the restaurant. Instead of keeping it, they returned it to me. Thanks to this best hotel. I would like to recommend it to any one who want to travel in Hanoi/

Liked: the staff was so wonderful, amazing, they gave us so professional informations with advices. Hanoi is a beautiful city, and Little Hanoi Hotel place is in the heart of this city : so easy to visit famous places.Beds were very comfortable and everything was really clean. So happy to meet them....
