Liked: Anything, everything was bad there !

Disliked: It wasn't clean, there were leechs in the bathroom. No soap, dirty towels. We choosed this hotel because we wanted to have a room for three, what was available when we booked, but when we arrived they gave us 2 rooms !!! With 2 small beds inside. The girls who worked overther were'nt adults but teenagers, they live together in too small room, which for me is'nt a room but a wardrobe !!! They could'nt talk english or any other language (i'm french so i tried, but unsuccessfuly) , each time we asked something they don't understand they called a woman to make me talk witj her and then she translate to them !!!!!!! I asked the woman on the phone if she would come at night at the hotel and she said, it's ok with the phone !!!!!!!! I was wondering if it wasn't proslavery with those girls.... THIS HOSTEL MUS'NT BE IN YOUR WEBSITE !!!!!!

Disliked: It was very bad value when compared to the other hostels around the area.

Liked: Friendly people during check in pushing you to book a tour immediately ('if you don't book now, the best boats will be taken") Booked a similar tour as they offered me at 1/3 of the price in a travel agency, and suddenly they became less friendly. Room was small, but otherwise ok (could be cleaner). Big drawback was that they split a bigger room in 2 smaller ones by putting a wooden (carton ???) panel in between, You could really understand each word the neighbors said and vice versa. From all hotels I booked during my Vietnam trip, this is the only one I don't recommend.

Liked: Very nice stay in the hotel ! However we booked a tour for Halong bay in the hotel with a trek into the jungle. Finally, this trek was canceled without any reasons and we did another activity.

Disliked: Customer left no negative feedback.

Liked: First I would like to thank the hospitality that was given to us while we are at North Hotel 2. Our short stay at the hotel, helps us to meet new friends and enjoy the beauty around Hanoi. We feel at home here and I would recommend this place to my friends

Liked: When we arrived at this hostel, the facilties were simple but clean. We stayed for 6 days and really fell in love with the place. Nothing was an effort for the landlady or the girls, it was our favourite place we stayed in during our holiday.
