Liked: The staff were very nice and helpful, not too pushy trying to sell their travel services. The hotel is in a good location.

Disliked: We stayed on the top floor in a nice room with a ton of light. Unfortunately we shared this nice room with a family of rats that live in the drop ceiling. Second night there one of the rats fell from the ceiling, I had to chase it out of the room. When I told the guy at the front desk he didn't seem surprised and offered to move us to a bigger room.

Liked: My second trip to Hanoi but my first time at this hotel. I initially booked here after I found my first choice was booked out, however this turned out to be quite a good thing. The staff were lovely and really took care of me. The location is quite superb too, seemed to be a bit a little tucked away while still being in the heart of the old quarter. Nice rooms with new amenities. I was made to feel very comfortable.

Liked: We got much more than what we have paid for- Everything from location, room, breakfast, services, staff, tour arrangement ... were perfect. We love VietFun Hotel so much and give them 10/ 10 marks.

Liked: The Best hostel in Vietnam, and definitely one of the best over my whole trip for the last 6 months. A place to come back again and again!! Brand new hostel which means cleanliness and new furnitures!! Bunk beds are really good, shower as well!! Really comfy!! Great decor!! And the staff is absolutely great, friendly and helpful!! The roof-top bar and restaurant are equally amazing!! Thanks girls for the amazing time in Hanoi and the all the help

Liked: Extremely well presented, clean hotel, with very helpful, friendly staff. At least one person on the desk spoke good English. The room was compact, but very clean and well set out and had everything provided that we needed. The hotel is very central to most of the main attractions in Hanoi Old City.We had a late plane to catch so they offerred a look after our luggage and even a shower before we left

Liked: Amazing hotel! On arrival the manager paid for our taxi as we didn't have any Vietnam Dong. They had overbooked so we were upgraded to deluxe room for same price. The staff are so so friendly andhave loads of advice on where to eat and go around Hanoi. The hostel is in really good location, alot nicer than some of the other hostels we passed! Free breakfast every morning is fantastic. We spent ages finding a hostel online, would definitely come here again! Amazing hotel!
