Liked: Good ambience; very courteous staff. Breakfast spread was impressive and quite tasty. Room was clean and cosy and well cleaned each day. Bed was comfortable,TV was big,Fridge was ice cold. Great location as it is close to everything,great Hotel Thaison Grand!

Disliked: Francisco Ramon left no negative feedback.

Liked: The staff was so friendly and helpful, it was a great welcome to Vietnam. I would stay here again on my next trip to Hanoi.

Liked: It was in a very convenient location. The room I had was very nicely furnished with a very comfortable double bed, kettle and fridge. The TV had great reception with lots of English language channels like National Geographic, Discovery, Animal Planet, HBO, TLC, Star Movies, AXN etc. The stafff were very helpful.

Disliked: The breakfast was buffet style and clearly was put out very early. The breakfast was from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM and on my last day there when I came down at 6:10 to get the taxi to the airport, the breakfast was already set up. There was far too much stuff available and taking up room from the mini bar and above the fridge. The computers were in an area of the lobby that was very close to a group of people who were running travel service and when they were talking, it could be very noisy and distracting.

Liked: Thanks for Thaison Grand Hotel we had a great time in Hanoi. We got much more than we expected. Very beautiful hotel and the room was very clean and extremely beautiful.

Disliked: Nothing too much trouble - luxury hotel.

Liked: Large beds, nice showers and big TVs (when they work). Ha Long Bay tour was excellent.

Disliked: Wifi in the rooms was very temperamental. TV signal was bad to awful on HBO and star movies.

Liked: The room for double occupancy we stayed in was great, spacious, nicely furnished, super bathroom. The location is perfect. Near the shopping area and a little taxi ride to Ho Chi Minh Complex where there are great thing to see.

Liked: We recently spent a couple of nights in this lovely hotel; the rooms are large and very comfortably equipped. I was delighted that the room was so nice, clean and comfy beds. Air-con was strong and lift was so fast. Free coffee all day. Free wifi and computers as well as buffet breakfast. We highly recommend this lovely hotel.

Disliked: good in all

Liked: Much much more than our expectation. Very good room, friendly staff and perfect breakfast. The location was convenient for leisure travelers. There were 3 computers available for free using. Lift, large lobby and free wifi as well. Highly recommend Thaison Grand Hotel.

Liked: Best of some of the best hotels in Hanoi and Vietnam as well. Room was clean, modern facilities and comfy beds. We loved the location and the staff working there so much.

Disliked: The room maid was noisy in the morning. They seemed like chatting.

Liked: This hotel is clean, new and comfortable. Their service is good too. Front desk staff were always very friendly and patient. They are able to communicate in English and they are very willing to help you. I love it. We also recommend the Halong Bay trip on Golden Lotus Cruise with deluxe cabin. We booked via this hotel ( Contact Miss. Sarah to get good price). This boat is the best and brand-new boat in Halong Bay now.

Disliked: Breakfast area is not enough seat and lack of cool. However the food is great!

Liked: The rooms were clean and tidy, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Disliked: The water pressure on the shower was very weak, and only half of it had a lift. (The place was split into two buildings) It was also on quite a busy street so even at night traffic was very heavy.

Liked: Fantastic service from the guys on the reception desk, very informative and helpful when it came to booking tour to Halong Bay, booking train tickets. Even upgraded us to a bigger room with a balcony for free. Rooms were spacious, clean and decent WIFI access.

Disliked: Only slight niggle was being overcharged for a bus journey from Hue to Hoi An which we spotted and did get some money back but still paid $25 for the pair of tickets when we found you can get them for $10 for 2 in Hue.

Liked: Location location location!! Being in Hanoi for 2 days it was the best location to be in. Everything was in walking distance from hotel such as Hoan Kiem lake area, Water Puppet Theater, Night Market..... The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The friendy helpful staff was everything you would expect from a 3* hotel I will be back for sure.

Disliked: nothing to say... everything is so good.

Liked: This hotel is small with more than 40 rooms only and reasonalbe breakfast is provided. staff are very friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in on the 6 floor was very nicely set up and we really felt at home as we spent a lot of time working from the room. Views and windows to the west and south over the city contrasted to other places we've stayed in hanoi which were old and dingy. for the price, if you need to spend a lot of your time (for me) working we found this location excellent. In all this hotel is very good place to stay and we highly recommend Thaison Grand Hotel

Disliked: we have to leave bank for this section as we can not find any fault for this hotel.

Liked: We tried this hotel and it was very good, room rate is quite cheap but quality exceeded our expectation, since there are more expensive hotels but lower standard in and around the city. We liked the staffs there. quite friendly. We found the room and bathroom both to be large and clean. The breakfast was more than adequate. In all this hotel is a great place to stay in Hanoi

Disliked: They moved us to Thaison Palace Hotel after Halong Bay trip because fully booked. Thaison Palace Hotel is nicer but we hate moving for just a day left.

Liked: What can we say about Thaison Grand Hotel? The staff made our stay memorable. A big thank you to Tina Nguyen and river long for the paper cranes they made for our 2 girls and beautiful smiles each morning! Nothing was too much trouble for all the staff and we have no hesitation recommending this hotel. We stayed for 2 nights in a family room which consisted of 2 queen beds which, by Vietnam standards, were quite comfortable! The room was spacious and clean with a large plasma tv, bar fridge, air con & ensuite. We had no issues with traffic noise as we were on the 7th floor. Breakfast was a variety of western & local dishes with plenty of options to choose from. We also had access to free internet which was great. The hotel is 2 blocks from Hoen Kiem Lake and walking distance to many attractions. If you need to travel further, taxis are cheap & plentiful. We will return!

Liked: Great for Thaison Grand Hotel and we are sure to highly recommend this hotel for its good price, nice room and excellent staff. Our room is very clean, large and nice decorated. From our hotel can reach to Hoan Kiem lake in 5 minutes only. Pick- up service is very convenient and good price too.

Disliked: Night staff used guests computer all time and kept us waiting.

Liked: Can be Sure Thaison Grand Hotel is the best hotel among in Hanoi. We have stayed there in some hotels and finally think this hotel is the best. Our room is very nice, clean and nice decorated. Breakfast is too much and very delicious. STaff is the best for ever. We used their travel desk to book Halong Bay on Golden Lotus Cruise via Mr. Hung- Very nice guy and we highly recommend this boat also.

Disliked: The restaurant is a little small.

Liked: Highly recommend the Thaison Grand Hotel- A brand New Hotel in Hanoi. A quiet, peaceful, modern hotel. Great location, Modern hotel, great choice of restaurants, friendly helpful staff. This hotel was a delight to stay in. It smelt of a spa, very clean spacious. Our room was bright and very spacous too, modern TV, Modern bath-room. Just eveything about this hotel was 10/10.

Liked: This was my first stay at the Thaison Hotel and this place has really lovely staffs who were always offering to help. Anything we needed done they did it straight away with a big smile! The breakfast was amazing too, and I enjoyed the local noodle. The room was modern and classy, and very clean. The bed was so comfortable though and I had the best sleep! The hotel’s atmosphere was incredible and cozy. It is nice and ideal place for business and of course leisure travelers as well. We can highly recommend this hotel.

Disliked: We are happy with this hotel and can highly recommend this hotel.

Liked: Wow!! Wonderful staying!I was very upset because i did not stayed in this hotel for first time in Hanoi. After frist time with very bad feeling at another hotel. I found the hotel on internet with very good reputation. I decided book and stayed in the hotel after we come back from Sapa trip. That was my right choice: Nice room with cozy decor, LCD TVi, Hot shower... the best thing that made i love this hotel is services. The hotel staffs very friendly always tried all their best to serve you as all guests are their VIP guests. We booked the Halong bay tour with them. We have a great trip in Sapa however the Halong trip was wonderful trip very reasonable price, perfect services,... We will denitifine back the hotel and highly recommend the hotel to all.

Liked: We stayed at Thai Son Hotel for 2 days and found this hotel very great. Staff were could not be better in all aspects. They were so kind to help us a lot and made felt at home. Our room was so spacious and it looked very deluxe. Breakfast was much choices and my wife really enjoyed it. Very convenient location as well.

Liked: The location was great as well; right in the midst of the famous Hoan Kiem Lake; one of the most popular place of interest in Hanoi. Staff was so nice, gentle and helpfull. The rooms are correct and in according to price you pay. It is clean, that is most important. The bedrooms are very clean and the service is great. The staff is very friendly and very helpful.
