Liked: We like this hotel and the name of this hotel as well. it is very meaningful and this is a PARADISE in Hanoi and in Vietnam as well. Staff were perfect+++, room clean and spacious. Forever recommend this hotel!

Liked: We like traveling and traveled a lot so we have stayed in many hotels all over the world. Asia Paradise Hotel is really a paradise in Asia. The hotel is not big but rooms are very clean and spacious. Staff could not be more friendly and helpful, especially the little girl at front desk- excellent staff. Breakfast is fresh and included in the price. Location is so good as it close to the lake and water puppet theater. Lovely hotel and we will be back soon.

Liked: Ive been travelling around Asia now for over two months and have stayed in everything from 300usd Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok to 5usd beach huts on Koh Phangan! Without doubt this is the best place I stayed. Stay were lovely, helpful and nothing was too much trouble, hotel was good value. It really helped that they had an Singaporean manager ( Mr. Kenny) who helps with local advice etc. Room was so good with balcony. We love this hotel so much and make sure to return.

Liked: From the warm welcome to prompt check out, this has to be one of the best hotels in a true urban oasis !Blue Paradise Hotel is walking distance from most popular tourist attraction .The hotel has an excellent buffet breakfast that runs to 11am for .Nothing was too much trouble for the hotel staff and any eye contact with a staff member was met with the response “can I help you?”This hotel has a reputation of being one of the best in Hanoi .

Liked: So great! the hotel just new renovated so everything is new and good! All facilities are new and modern. It is in the center of the Old Quarter, close to the restaurants, shops, sightseeing,...Halong bay is one of the right wonders of the world!

Liked: Blue Paradise hotel is the best hotel in Hanoi. We have stayed in some differents hotel before but Blue is the best. We had 3 days there and everything went smoothly. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Rooms were large, clean and full of modern facilities. We highly recommend this hotel!

Liked: very, very wonderful hostess. walking distance to everything. charming and comfortable. We were able to leave our bags after we had checked out or we were away for Halong bay and Sapa trips . The staffs here rang for a taxi to take us to everywhere.

Liked: My wife and I had a great stay here. We stayed in room 401 and it was fantastic, very comfortable and clean with a private bath. The breakfast was delicious and big enough to last us till dinner. The service from all the staff was the best we have experienced at a hotel. The hotel is located in the center of town so everything is a short walk away. The whole staff was also great about teaching us Vietnamese to help us get around. All and all best hotel stay we have ever experienced. Thank you!!

Liked: wow.. what should I say about this hotel? I am living in Melbourne, Australia. I found this hotel via the internet. I rang up and spoke with them directly. I paid the full money in advance, in terms of the accommodation and airport transfers. The hotel did not request me to do so, however I trusted them and paid in full. When I arrived to Hotel, I firstly impressed about their trusty service as they did as what they promised me. For me, this is very important point. For your information, below are my further comments about this hotel.- Service people are very friendly, trusty and willing to help. - Location is very convenience. It is within 5 minutes walking to nighttime market, shoppings, water puppet show, hoan kiem lake, etc.... - Room Rate - very reasonable rate, comparing many hotels around this area. - Room - I have a family deluxe room fitting for 3 adults and 2 childs (12 yrs and 7 yrs). The room is very clean and got everything I need.- Breakfast - I like the Vietnamese beef noodle, with the Hanoi style cooking...yummy soup.I recommended this hotel to you and friends when I am back in Melbourne.

Liked: It's a lovely hotel in the centre of Hanoi. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was very good with an excellent restaurant. It is near the Hoan Kiem lake. It takes only about 5 mins from there to the lake. The hotel was quiet, the beds at Blue Paradise Hotel were extremely comfortable and careful thought had been put into every detail of design. I hope to stay there often.

Liked: We had a very wonderful trip in Hanoi and very nice 3-day stay in such hotel- the Blue Paradise hotel- the newest, brand-new 3 star hotel in Hanoi. All staff was quite courteous, helpful and friendly. The price was reasonable, and the room was spacious and clean. Foods offered by hotel’s restaurant were free for breakfast and excellent. In short, it is highly recommened for those people who want to hunt for a convenient and well-serviced hotel in Hanoi.

Liked: This hotel was absolutely, hands down the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The service was picture perfect. The staff was extremely friendly and super welcoming. The receptionists could not have been more helpful and pleasant and tried to please our every whim (they booked a train ticket for us, then we changed our minds). Breakfast was good and there are 3 or 4 PCs in the lobby for guests to use to access the internet.A great family hotel which I would use again without a second thought and would heartilt recommend.

Liked: Good location. Great hotel after upgrading. Rooms were very spacious and deluxe with everything we need. Buffet breakfast was free of charge at the hotel restaurant was also very great. Liked: I arrived and was met with friendly helpful and welcoming people who helped me with everything I needed. Breakfast was rich for choice and very good. Internet connection at the lobby or Wi-fi in the room was also for free and very fast. The room was so comfortable, slept well, ate well and I'll be back!

Liked: Stayed here for 2 nights in totally 1 month in Vietnam and Cambodia. It was a fantastic place to start the trip. The staff are just lovely and would do anything for you. Some of the nicest people we have met. Hotel is a very short walk from the lake and good restaurants. We stayed 2 nights before a Halong Bay trip - a deluxe room infront with large balcony and city views. Breakfast was very great which was cooked by Nam. Overall amazing for the price. Definately recommend.

Liked: The hotel is centrally located, very nicely designed and well equipped with best electronic appliances. The room we stayed was for 4 adults and 2 kids- very nice and clean. Service and food are excellent went along with friendly and helpful staff. In general the Blue Paradise Hotel is a great choice for all budget traveller.

Liked: Stayed in the Deluxe double room which was so large and very omfortable. Beds were great, so comfortable. The complimentary supplies were adequate. Bathroom good size but could do with a makeover, same for room furniture. But overall lovely stay. Check-in and check out went smoothly. The hotel offers many facilities. The reception area is very nice, spacious, a certain luxury feel. Staff were great, they were very friendly and helpful. Tours to Sapa and Halong Bay were great orgnized with good quality and reasonable price. Cetrtainly the best hotel I've stayed at in Hanoi this time.

Liked: Hotel was overall a thumbs up.they were doing renovations when there so there was a bit of banging! The wireless connection was down from the first night which was not good!Apart from those 2 problems the rest was spot on

Liked: Our room was under construction the entire time and everytime we entered the room something was replaced or added (no curtains but new sink). They were remodeling the rooms, building and street. It was incredibly loud and the toilets and water didn't work but there was free internet, which was good. If you are going to stay here then maybe you should ask about the construction. It was in a good location but we heard of better places to stay in Hanoi.
