Liked: Brand new hotel at a great deal. We got a Deluxe Double room for just $40. Very clean, quiet, modern and with lots of great amenities. Great complimentary breakfast. Rooms sold out quickly. A great deal because not many people know about this new hotel. Great location .Very safe. Great staff.

Liked: Would highly recommend Splendid Star hotel. Service was excellent the staff were professional, helpful and friendly, nothing was a problem. The staff had a good command of English. The room was very spacious. The breakfast was excellent. This hotel has an excellent location within walking distance to the town. Would definitely stay here again. Good value good service good location.

Liked: I cannot say enough good things about this wonderful hotel! Hotel has excellent location, very quiet but ideal of activities in Hanoi. Front desk staff could not have been more helpful, from giving sightseeing ideas to their knowledge of good restaurants etc. They also went out of their way to help when our laptop crashed! Room was small but in excellent condition. Top place to stay, would recommend to all my friends and will definitely be going back to visit.

Liked: Perfection from the moment we arrived. Staff were really nice in a friendly kind of way and gave us great tips of good restaurants. The room was small but really nice and the bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. We highly recommend this place to everyone who wishes to sleep like a king (or queen) in a good central place in Hanoi. ^~^ !!!

Liked: Fantastic hotel nearby Joseph's Cathedral Street .We really enjoyed our stay at Splendid Star Hotel. Their staff members are genuinely hospitable, pleasant and supportive. I definitely recommend the hotel for those who really appreciate local culture and a way of life.

Liked: We stayed at the Splendid Star Hotel at the beginning of October for two nights. We just wish it could have been longer. It is a great boutique hotel, not far from a selection of bars and restaurants if you want them.

Liked: I stayed at Splendid Star Hotel with my girlfriend for 2 nights. The room was decent sized and had simple decor. The service there was great, we met David Hao (the Manager) the first day there, and spent a long time while talking with him about Halong Bay trip. He and Some of the staff helped us quite a bit when trying to make travel arrangements there as well.I would like to recommend to other traveler!

Liked: We stayed in Splendid Star for 3 nights, the staff were very good ,friendly and the location is excellent. Rooms are a good size with all the usual amenities - tea and coffee, bathroom accessories etc. If you head for the fountain - a few minutes walk from the hotel you can find plenty of good restaurants .There is free internet connection at lobby and room inside, and we booked a Halong Bay trip through them with no problems. After returning from our trip ,Tom-receptionist gave us a room to shower and change in even though we had checked out.Highly recommend this deluxe hostel.

Liked: In my opinion, this was a perfect choice. Service and breakfast were also good. The location of this hotel is great. You're minutes away from Church and everything you need you can find nearby. I guess the breakfast was adequate,It seem a part of this hotel has to be the staff. They were warm, friendly and helpful.
