Liked: Great hotel. Free breakfast is a real money saver and staff are very helpful. The Halong Bay tour is excellent.

Liked: Central location on a relatively quiet street. Manager was very friendly and welcoming, staff very helpful and breakfast very good . Clean room. Ideal location for exploring Central.

Liked: It is more than acceptable for me to stay in Victory Queen Hotel . Of course when compare with the cost .It is quite OK . Location is nice .

Liked: The rooms where big and had a balcony.

Disliked: The hotwater ran out after 10 min and there were only sheets to use as a quilt. The staff is very pushy about their tours and speak bad english. They made mistakes like giving us wrong passports and wrong room. Our trip to Halong Bay that we booked with the hotel was ok, but a lot of waiting everywhere.

Liked: Good location. Staff very helpful in arranging trip to Halong bay and also sorting problems out that we encountered during our stay.

Disliked: Pick up from bus station was a bit of a joke. We were crammed into a taxi with 2 other travellers after meeting someone from the hotel. He presumably told taxi driver where to go and we went all over the shop as driver didnt know where we were staying etc. he had to use my phone and still couldnt find it. Also we were expected to pay for this by the taxi driver even though it states free pick up on website. Hotel staff did actually pay for taxi in the end though.

Liked: Very centrally located, nearby to shops, restaurants and bars. The very helpful guy on reception helped organise a tour to Halong Bay for us which was great and good value for money.

Disliked: There was a problem with the wireless internet in the hotel, we couldn't connect in our room and only intermittently in the lobby but there were PC's in the lobby which can be used for weba access so not a major problemat all.

Liked: Good Hotel in the old quarter and really really good service all the staff here they are very kind and people are very kind the room really clean and beautiful. the breakfast is really good and delicious.the price really good very cheap if compare with the other hotels.

Liked: We liked its central position in the Old Quarter. The staff were friendly and helpful although their English was limited. The room was clean and good value for money. Breakfast was average, the eggs being overcooked in grease that upset my wife's stomach. Free wifi and internet was a major factor for us to keep up with our family and events worldwide. The manager, who was a Chelsea fan (Boo!) even found my United match on TV which was good. However, Chelsea won the Premiership, which was bad. Overall I would recommend the Victory Queen.

Liked: The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and cannot do enough for you. The hotel is located in the Old Quarter down a quiet street so you don't hear too many beeps whilst you're trying to sleep. The breakfast is good and included in the price of the room. We also used the hotel to recommend us a trip to Halong Bay, which they did and it was also fantastic. We'd definitely stay here again if we came back - a fantastic little hotel in a great location with lovely staff.

Liked: Brilliant location, wonderful street full of great restaurants, would highly recommend this hotel in the quaint (Old Quarter) for great value and outstanding service, nothing is too much trouble for Mr.Tony and his staff they organised all our tours to Sapa and Halong Bay, computers for Internet access, lovely clean rooms, it really is a home away from home!!

Liked: Victory Queen was the best. The service was excellent everyone was very attentive and welcoming. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble for reception and the breakfast was great. They booked trips to Ha long Bay, Sapa and Tam Coc, all were an amazing experience. We would definitely recommend this hotel to other travellers it was quiet and great to sleep in clean white sheets.

Liked: Fantastic family hotel! Beautiful accommodations, cosy atmosphere, perfect location, helpful and fun staff who went out of their ways to ensure I had a perfect stay.They made friendly with my children and take care them during the time we stayed here. Mr.Tony arranged our lowest room because my child had a knee operation.No hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone.Perfect!!!

Liked: we stayed here for one night in a double room and we thought it was excellent.the room was really clean,the breakfast was great and the cost was reasonable,despite in fact that the room a littele bit small but good.The best thing was that the staff were really helpful,friendly and they were willing to help.highly reccommend this hotel to every body.

Liked: This place is amazing. The hotel itself is well placed in the old quarter close to the water puppets as well as the market. The service is exceptional. The main staff have an excellent command of the English language, are always smiling and willing to help. We were very warmly received and got free drinks and breakfast aside from the one we already booked. They also helped with booking taxis and trips to halong bay all for competitive prices. Their rooms were well equipped and clean.

Liked: The staff is absolutely wonderful, really friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean. And we booked an Halong bay tour with them which is really worth it! They kept our backpacks while we were there and they even let us take our shower in a room when we came back! The pho they serve is delicious. I really recommend this hostel !
