Liked: To our dismay our $US20 room had no windows, however as we booked 2 nights because we wanted a late checkout the second night, the Manager upgraded us to a deluxe room (normally $US35) with full facilities - good customer service.

Liked: the facilities in the room are great; the possibilities for leaving luggage behind during tours outside of Hanoi; the possibilities to have a shower before leaving to the airport in the evening although you do not have a room anymore

Liked: Hotel in good location for Hanoi sight seeing. A few minutes walk from the lake and right in the middle of the old town. Close to restaurants and markets. Rooms are great- large, tastefully decorated, cable tv, good shower, included breakfast and our room had a balcony overlooking the street. Staff were really helpful and organised an unforgettable trip to Halong Bay. Overall, hotel is good value for money and comfortable place to stay in Hanoi!

Liked: big rooms good breakfast very friendly staff we booked trips with this hotel and we got very personal service and got to meet the locals and the owner cooked food for us it was great the rooms are really clean its only brand new hotel great pressure of hot water in the shower i would recommend this hotel alot!!
