Liked: Great hotel and very good value for money! Good location on a quieter (for Hanoi) street very near the Cathedral close to lots of good cafes. Very helpful staff!

Liked: With the price around $25, i think we can not get any hotel better than this over the world. Buffet breakfast, free internet, free laptop to use. The room was amazing , nice, clean. Staffs were the best.

Liked: I love this hotel in all details. Very good rate if compare with others smaller hotel in that area. After talking with some local poeple around the chirch, we know one thing very important that this location is very VIP, the most expensive in Hanoi and it has a long story as a legend ...Around the Chirch always very crowed , we get some drink as " lemon tea " on the street shop. It amazing trip in Hanoi. Just few minute away from the big Church is Indochina Gold hotel, it 's a small design street and absolutly quite. It make you calm, peaceful. The hotel room very very clean, comfortable ( may be we lucky ). Alls staffs friendly and every day welcome us drink as : tea, coffee, juice...free. If have chance come back Hanoi, we denitify stay with Indochina Gold.

Liked: Excellent location. Went away travelling for a few days & was able to leave luggage in storage safely. Returned to Hanoi by train arriving at 4:30am & room immediatly available. Staff extremely helpful.

Liked: Located in a vibrating area, in the middle of this huge city. Rooms are spacious and equiped with TV/AC and even a personal computer for people without laptop or smartphone. Still, there is WiFi Internet available in all rooms (included in the price). Staff is very friendly and welcomes you warmly!

Liked: We had a nice stay at the Indochina Hotel. The place is inexpensive, very clean, on a quiet street and the staff were very helpful. It's a short walk to the lake and Nah Tho Street where there are very good restaurants.The hotel arranged a 2 days / 1 night Ha Long Bay tour for us and I must say, they work with a very good tour agency. We were waiting for " a horror story to happen" but we were happily dissappointed.On our last night at Hanoi, they upgraded us to the Suite - 2 queen size - at no extra cost.I couldn't recommend them enough.

Liked: Great location next to a really great shopping area with lovely cafes and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff and a really quiet location. Nice hotel room - very clean, with TV and en suite. I stayed there by myself and felt very safe there.I'd definitely stay there again.

Liked: The hotel was nice and good location. The rooms are good - comfortable and en suite. Location is also excellent, with it being right in the middle of the old part of Hanoi and it is very close to the lake. The hotel staffs always offer to help you to arrange hotels in other areas of Vietnam, without having to pay any commission on top of the standard room rates.The breakfast is excellent value for money and I don't think you could find a better hotel to begin your trip with in Hanoi. I would recommend this to anyone going to Hanoi

Liked: The Indochina Hotel is one of the friendliest places I have ever stayed! It is an oasis of calm amongst the bustling old quarter of Hanoi and in my experience the staff will go out of their way to help out and make sure you are looked after. The price is reasonable, and the rooms very comfortable.Great beds and cool air-con.Breakfast was excellent.The transfers to airport etc are arranged by the hotel which cuts out the sometimes difficult negotiations with the taxi drivers. Located very close to the lake, ask the staff also for restaurant recommendations

Liked: we just got back from a 3 week trip to vietnam . one of our favorite hotels was INDOCHINA Hotel. The best part of the hotel is the staff. Everyone at the hotel is very caring and wants you to have the best trip. we slept over there for 1 night. the next morning we were off to halong bay. the hotel lets you keep some of your luggage there which was great. when we came back from halong bay in the afternoon, they let us take a shower at the hotel and rest up in the lounge for free. we changed some of our clothes again, and left our luggage there and took a night train to sapa. when we came back after 3 days, we were able to take another shower there and rest up again. what a luxury. everytime we got back to the hotel, it seemed like our home away from home. These guys really know what customer service is all about. the hotel is well situated in the old quarter. I highly recommend .

Liked: I booked this after reading reviews on tripadvisor and this website hostelbookers and was not disappointed.The room was large, clean, air conditioned and had a bath and shower. The furniture was very nice and the bed comfortable. Private computer with internt access .The room was serviced daily.The staff were very pleasant and spoke good English and obviously wanted to please their guests. The front desk also runs a travel agency which I thought was good value for money.i will come back this hotel when i have chance

Liked: I have booked this hotel after reading many reviews on tripadvisor and was recommended by my friend who has just come back from Hanoi. We were impressed by the hotel staffs , they were friendly and offer excellent customer service from small issues, like guide us where to eat, how much is the taxi, book us the tour, give us good exchange rate, till helping us buying Pho from local Vietnamese restaurant nearby. We really feel comfortable as we are staying at home. The hotel decoration is also very nice and bright with all amenities that we might need during living in Hotels. The bed is very soft and clean. The location of Hotel is perfect - a few minutes to the Lake and old quarter, lots of eateries nearby ….If I go back to Hanoi, I will stay at this hotel again and I also recommend any ones to go there. Then you will see the nice & friendly side of the Vietnamese people.

Liked: Before booking this hotel ,i have read many good reviews from tripadvisor and other website . I stayed at the Indochina for one night only and found it to be an excellent choice. Aside from the beautiful and cozy rooms, the courtyard is lovely for breakfast and the hotel's location central. Its located in good for walk to Hoan Kiem lake or to the night market and restaurant area. Its also just down the street from 2 great restaurants: Ngon and ChaCa. The staffs were also great. They were always very friendly , helpful, fantastic giving the best service i have ever had. The room was lovely, always clean, bright and fresh air , nice view of the church and a wonderful big bathroom . My staying was very welcoming and pleasant. Probably it’s the best hotel in its class for the more.
