Liked: Good location, close to shops, services and nice areas. Good value for money. The roof terrace is fantastic !

Disliked: Nothing really. It's definitely good value for money.

Liked: A clean cheep place to stay close to the BART.

Disliked: too hot and muggy inside my room.

Liked: Cheap price for one double private room with own bathroom.

Disliked: THis hostel has a double function: One for party: Very well done and clean for private party and people having fun on week end. The second part for people booking a room two sleep: Not so clean and old.

Liked: Location was moderately convenient to reach various parts of San Francisco and staffs were helpful. For the price I paid, the facilities were satisfactory.

Disliked: Depending on the room, many guests complained about bed bugs. I and several other roommates suffered several bites from the bug, and I can spot many of them even at this time. I also wished the bathrooms would be cleaner. As mentioned by the staff, I hope the facility will go through renovations and refurbishments to keep it's good value and improved cleanliness.

Liked: Well located.

Disliked: Heavy used sheets and guests reported they were bitten by bed bugs during the night. Extremely noisy because of week end roof top parties just over your room. Impossible to sleep.

Liked: The price's good

Disliked: Hostel in inside a bar/night club, which receives all the staff's attention. Cheap breakfast, cheap beds, no lockers in rooms, staffs are never at the desk, always moody.

Liked: Big rooms

Disliked: BEDBUGS! The place is infested!!! Actually heard the staff joking about it.. Wong stay thèrese again, before the hostel get rid of the bedbugs.

Liked: Location, cheap.

Disliked: Poor facilities, Breakfast was awful - no food except a dry bread roll. No kitchen to use and nowhere to keep food. All power sockets in the room were dead.

Liked: Nice and central location in trendy Mission District. Good Value for money in pricey San Francisco. Slight hostel atmosphere, free wifi, computers

Disliked: untidiness, uncleanness and bad smell in public areas like in the corridors and restrooms downstairs (not in the rooms that were very clean)

Liked: The best thing was a terrasse on the top of the building with amazing vien on downtown.

Disliked: Poor breakfast, broken door in a bathroom and nobody cared about that after telling at the reception.

Disliked: The breakfast was very poor, just one bagel for one person, awful orange jam. Do not expect much and you will like the stay.

Liked: It's is very budgetfriendly. It has a nice atmosphere and the rooftop terrace is really cool. The bus stops right in front of the hotel so its very easy to somewhere.

Liked: Location, easy check-in and out, friendly atmosphere, newer facility, free bagel & coffee in the morning, quiteness of the rooms, easy access to transportation and convenient grocery & supermarkets.

Disliked: BedBugs (one dead bedbug seen on bedsheet).... Intermittent WIFI (these two mentioned above could be improved.) I have recommended a bedbug company to them. Just one treatment, and they should be okay.

Liked: Cheap accomodation in San Francisco.

Disliked: Loud music is played on Friday and Saturday nights.

Liked: Very nice, very clean, we felt very comfortable there and the beds were really good, a good nights sleep :D

Disliked: Not alot, perhaps the location a little, you have to take a bus to get to and from any of the tourist attractions which are not very safe and very crampt, my friend had her bag pic pocketed and phone stolen. But other than that everything is very good.

Liked: Nothing

Disliked: BED BUGS infestation. The staff doesn't even care. Very dirty everywhere in the hostel. Sink drains were backed up. Goodluck trying to sleep on the weekend - loud music from their "club" - a pathetic place where nobody goes, but they still need to blast their music. A disgusting, terrible place to stay. Go elsewhere!

Liked: Nothing

Disliked: BED BUGS! Watch out- the property is infested and the staff/owners don't care.They are very rude and lazy and play games with their guests. The hallways smell like urine. The hostel floors are not secure from the night club. Guests smoke in the rooms and leave the windows open. Elements hostel is very dirty and poorly run. This is a terrible place to stay, please stay else where.

Liked: The staff was great,,, we stayed in a 12 person dorm and loved it... Met some amazing people from across the world... Would love to stay again!

Disliked: Everything was great... Only small complaint would be the reception on tv was fuzzy on most channels

Disliked: Not the best location, kind of rough area. The staff wasn't very helpfull at all, if you even managed to locate one of them.
