Liked: Hotel location is wonderful, room layout good: big closet, table and comfortable chairs by the window; WiFi; bathroom, towels and linen clean - towels changed daily. Building had character- this would be a desirable boutique hotel if renovated.

Disliked: Fridge not working; no cultery or crockery provided, so microwave was useless, thin plastic or polystyrene disposable cups unsuitable for hot drinks; no ability to make a hot drink; very bad pervasive smell of urine and spices, particularly in common areas; one item possibly stolen from room; the hotel website is very misleading.

Liked: The location is great. It's near everything. It's clean and definately safe and secure. It worth the price of stay. This is the second time I've stayed at the property and chances are I'll choose to stay at the property in future visits.

Liked: Was surprised when i arrived and found it to be a hotel instead of a hostel, friendly staff and a nice room for the price, also free coffee and something for breakfast.

Liked: We didn't arrive until 2am the night we were suppose to check in, and the staff were there waiting for us, and even phoned my parents to make sure that we were still on our way. They were very friendly. and the private bathroom in the room helped not having to share with other people.
