Liked: First: You had not informed this booking to the hotel. Lucky that they had vacancy. We emailed you via your homepage about this. Hostelbookers was not known by the hotel staff.Second (answer to your question): Easy to find, friendly staff, PC to use for guests.

Disliked: Customer left no negative feedback.
