Liked: Private room was small but very clean and comfortable. Towels and soap provided. I have no complaints at all.

Liked: free internet. This hotel should be used only if you are very desperate for a place to stay for excample if your other option is sleeping in a carton box in Central Park

Liked: Very Basic but clean, good location and safe, I'm a female who was staying by myself. In a lovely area too if you turn right when you exit the buiding. But very difficul to meet people there.

Liked: the locationbut the cleaners left my roomdoor open 2 times, then i went to the managers who told me that nobody went to my room, after i went upset he said that they went to my room when he was not around.the 3rd time i went to my room and my door wouldnt open so one of the cleaners needed to break in with a screwdriver to open my door.

Liked: The Staff were very accomodating to my needs. My room was more than I expected it to be...I forgot that it would have a mini-fridge, so that was a nice surprise. My bed was very comfortable, and the sheets and towels were clean. The neighborhood was great, and there was a wonderful market on the corner. If there was anything to have an issue with, the walls are thin, so you can hear quite a lot in the halls, as well as the water running in the next room. However, it's an older building, so it's not really something to be annoyed about. I would stay here again for sure!

Liked: Safe and convenient location, lots of grocery shops and restautant around. Subway station is a 2 minute walk from hostel and you can catch a train to midtown, downtown or Harlem.

Liked: Patrick went out of his way to ensure we were well looked after, the atmosphere was extremelly welcoming & inviting! Will definitely be back next year!!!

Liked: The location is right off of Broadway and therefore you are close to the subway. The local neighbourhood has a lot of nice restaurants and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and they also have free internet.

Liked: - The soft drink machine was not working properly and lost US$ 5.00. The hotel could have anticipated the return, before my departure, despite having warned 24 hours before. If the machine is in dependencies of the hotel, he also has share of responsibility. - When I liked to go back, 48 after my departure for Washington, met me promptly to other three days of reservation. It was very good ! Congratulations!
