Liked: It is close to the airport with free shuttle to hotel, so it is a good location if you arrive on a late flight and want to stay near JFK.

Disliked: There could be more selection for breakfast.

Liked: It's near to JFK airport. The shuttle service is convenient. Helpful to just spend a couple of nights. Stop by and go! It has the basic to have a nice stay after a long trip.

Disliked: The non-smoking room and floor ironically still smelled like cigarrette tar. The rooms may get noisy mostly from the outside traffic. The place is quite far from main attractions. The area may look like unsafe since there's a lot of storage places and few people is seen around. The airtrain fare may become expensive mostly traveling with family and kids. Everyone is charged for the ride so think it twice and do the math. There's a bus that takes you to the closest subway's station and you won't need to pay the airtrain fare.

Liked: The free shuttle to JFK airport was useful. It was also a hotel room for a hostel price.

Disliked: It was quite far away from central New York (being in the Queens area), but was useful to have a busstop litterally across the road, which you could catch a bus from directly down to the train station.

Liked: Cleanish. the free airport shuttle.

Disliked: Staff were RUDE...if you're going to work in this work field at least have some customer service skills. Also they didn't replace the bedding or towels for 2 days then on the 3rd they put the new sheets (still folded up) on top of the beds.

Liked: The hotelroom was ok and staff was ok too.

Disliked: Our room smelled bad and breakfast was very poor. The breakfast room is way too small. The hotel itself isn't so bad but it's way too expensive for what it's worth.

Liked: the receptionists was very endevored! the room was clean!

Disliked: when we arrived our reservation wasn't found! nobody had an idea what's happened with our deposit! the room was more expensive then in the description!

Liked: Clean bathroom, huge bed, lots of luxury in the room, WiFi for free, friendly staff.

Disliked: Room smelled and was coloured as nicotine/smokers room. This was really no good (for us, non-smokers).
