About Hotel 309
The Hotel is located on W 14th Street between 8th and 9th Avenue, in the stylish Chelsea neighbourhood. An all-time favourite with artists and performers, this is the area where Jack Kerouac resided in when he wrote On the Road and where Madonna started her career.
Hotel 309 offers welcoming, yet basic accommodations with one shared bathroom every three rooms.
The rooms furthermore feature comfortable bed with towels and linens provided, air-conditioning, cooking corner with mini fridge, sink, stove (in some rooms), microwave oven and a TV set with basic channels.
The double rooms with en-suite bathroom are very spacious and feature a fully equipped kitchenette.
The two-bedroom suite includes a queen bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the second bedroom, a full kitchen with sink, stove, fridge, microwave, full private bathroom in the suite and colour TV. The two-bedroom suite is located on the 4th floor. There is no elevator, so you must walk upstairs.
