Liked: Great location, real NYC feeling, the shared bath is clean and has a good shower. In the rooms on various floors women were living with their kids. I assume it is also a shelter for mothers with children.

Liked: that they gave me an extra bed when i booked a double becuase i booked with my dad. They changed our towles and made our beds everyday and could not fault any of the staff

Liked: Its a budget hotel and we had an en-suite 4 bed private dorm. Location, great price, excellent value for money

Liked: it has a lot of character, and the staff were really friendly and the location is perfect! if anything the rooms were too hot, as there didnt seemto be any way to turn the heating down, but new york in winter is so cold its definitely better than being too cold!

Liked: It is in a great location...there are great places to get food by the hotel and metro line 6 is a block away and will take you anywhere you want. it is also acouple blocks from the empire state building. Location is everything about this hotel...sure it is not the ritz carlton but really how much time are you going to be spending in your hotel room? I recommend it for younger adults with no children.
