Liked: on arrival at reception they had no records of your booking i trird to contact u via e mail please check your records, there staff looked at ur email of confirmation and accepted it, thankfully,they were really good about it , one thing about all my syays in usa motels on ur sites quite a few so far all charge another 10% tax on top of which u quote as payable amount maybe u should mention this
