Liked: Staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive. Location was not great if you are a tourist, but prefect for us, as we wanted to be near the staples centre for the basketball. Decent breakfast and clean rooms.

Disliked: This hotel is in downtown LA, which is nowhere near most of the LA tourist sites. That being said, it's easy to get to and fairly straight forward to get yourself around LA using public transport. If you're looking for somewhere cheap, yet comfortable in downtown LA, then definitely consider this place.

Liked: Good location in downtown. Good value for money. If U want to stay in downtown, The Ritz Milner Hotel would be a good choice!!! Easy to transport to the sightseeing sites in LA. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Liked: Good location. Center od downtown. 5min walk from Metro. And there is a supermarket at next block. I do not feel any security anxieties. Breakfast is not so good but can not say a complain for this price.

Disliked: I stayed room 513. This room facing a car parking building and it was very noisy in very early morning. Avoid the room x13.

Liked: the place was cleen with ample amounts of restuarants, public transport and some shops here

Disliked: if you want to do heavy retail shopping you must go elsewhere

Liked: Management and employees are very polite and friendly. GREAT location. Super good deal for your own bath. Don't be disappointed though when you see that there is an upright shower (no bathtub) and the sink is in the main room. However, the setup is fine otherwise and there is a nice desk, bureau, hair dryer, mirror, closet, nightstand, warm/cold air conditioner, etc. Breakfast is nice...waffle maker, juice, coffee, yogurt if you're there early enough, yummy fruit, bagels, egg thingies, toast, cereal, mini pastries/muffins, etc. Also there's a secret bar in the back!

Liked: The staff was extremely friendly (especially Cynthia the security guard and Athena at the front desk), and the hotel was conveniently located. I had to pay for four people in two rooms, and for the price it was a great value. We were here on business and I'd definitely stay here again if I had to come back to L.A.

Liked: My room card usually doesn't work, so I have to give it to the agent again and again, letting them swipe it for me again. It's very annoying. I don't if all the room cards are like this, but mine is.
