Liked: The location was good apart from the huge number of homeless people hanging around, we did not feel that safe during the evening. The staff were very helpful and helped us when booking tours but the hotel has no internet unless you carry a laptop and no pay phone so for both of these we had to walk quite a way. I would stay there again but the area has put me off, although most areas of LA are like this at night.

Liked: it was located in downtown LA, just on the good side! Had some permanent residents who were alittle undesirable, but did not bother us at all. Hotel is very old, has a fabulous foyer, rooms are clean and toiletries provided daily as well as room clean and fresh sheets and towels, also had iron and board and hair dryer.

Liked: well i was only one night, but the personal are really cool, they allways are trying to see if you need something, I pass a good night right there, they have the rooms really clean for me it was more that i expect, the tv was working, i have warm water all the time, the smell it wasn´t bad allways its was clean, i really return again

Liked: The fact that there are comfortable rooms for little money and that there are a lot of people who cannot afford so much. It's nice to see that there is a hotel that takes care of all kinds of people. Great to see that there is a low budget hotel that is clean, and friendly to everyone
