Liked: Great place to come with a friend. two separete beds, small fridge, good convenient bathroom. The overall apperience is good. Friendly staff, WiFi is pretty fast, The location in on the frnt of the man street, so it's hard to miss. Personal private room, nobody other people living inside. Acceptable, I will stay here next time I am in Knoxville.
Disliked: No breakfast, The location from the downtown is about 10-15 min driving. or a cab...

Liked: A busstation and foodplaces are close to this property.
Disliked: It isn´t so close to downtown. You have to use a bus or a cap.
