Liked: The hotel is very close to the journal square path station. This allowed us to get into the city of new york in less than half an hour. The hotel was always very clean and tidy and the staff were always happy to help and ensured that all guests were happy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Disliked: The breakfast was quite limited. Continental breakfast (bread, cereals and muffins) was made available but it would have been really appreciated if there was some variety to the food provided.

Liked: This hotel is a good option if you look for a cheap hostel instead of the expensive ones in Manhattan. It's quite close to the Journal Square station (about 10 minutes walking) and from there you would spend about 15 minutes to get to the World Trade Center station, which is in lower Manhattan, or even about half an hour to get to the 33rd st station, which is in centre Manhattan. About the hotel what I can say is that I did like the accomodation, I stayed with my family (4 in total) in a 2 double beds room, which was actually 2 rooms, I mean in 2 ambients. I had just a problem with my reservation on the check-in time, because they said I had booked a KIng size and sofa room, although I had my reservation in hands for a 2 double beds room, I dont know if was a problem from Hostelbookers website or from the hote though, but they did solve and gave me the correct room. I do advise people to stay at this hostel.
