Liked: I don't know any of Milner's history, but the building seems to have not changed much since Milner pry opened. Old school feeling in the heart of downtown. Everything was very easily accessible. In fact, if you're not going to leave downtown much you don't need to rent a car. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I left something in my room, and they're mailing it back to me :)

Liked: The front desk staff was very friendly, the breakfast was wonderful and I enjoyed the Detroit Tigers Stadium which was very close to the Hotel but it wasn't noisy at night.

Liked: The Milner Hotel has recently renovated, and the single room I stayed was very clean and spacious. The continental breakfast was good and free. Good location and good value.
