Liked: The location was very good, but that was the only good thing about the hotel.
Disliked: Dark, dirty, stale air, expensive, the rooms had a view against the wall of the other building, not very friendly staff etcetc

Liked: I did not like this property because the service was horrible, the elevators were broken, and the room was filthy with no lighting and smelled awful.
Disliked: Cecine left no negative feedback.

Liked: Proximity to Red Line, the Loop, Michigan Ave, etc was very convenient. Bathrooms were clean, view was good, staff was efficient.
Disliked: Joseph left no negative feedback.

Liked: Perfect location to get to downtow in less than 10min and the lake in 5min.; not the cheapest and noisy because of the 'EL' right in front of the very, very old windows. 12 floors, but in general a good and clean hotel.
Disliked: Customer left no negative feedback.
