Liked: Free and prompt shuttle sercices to and from the airport and CTS station, continental breakfast, cordial aproach of the staff to any issue that arises. I had problem the air condition and I was assigned a better room promptly.

Liked: The complimentary breakfast was great. With the exception of the bath tub the room was immaculate. The staff were all courteous and helpful.

Liked: It was a very good clean hotel, with huge rooms and a free 24 hour shuttle service which brought to/picked up from airport and train station. The staff was very friendly as well. And this all for a very low price. It is kind of far from downtown (about 30 minutes by train) but it's a direct line and again: you are brought to the train station and picked up again for free. Great hotel for a very low price.

Liked: The rooms were really large and the bed was very comfortable and large. The hotel was near the train station - a 15 min walk at most and near to the airport as well.
