"Amazing character and decor, the hotel looks like it's from an old haunted movie. Great staff (though they didn't speak any English), great location (though supposedly dangerouos at night) and very clean. Great value!"

About Palacio Hotel

The hotel is located a few steps away from Bartolome Mitre and the pedestrian walkway Sarandi street, one of the most lively corners of the city of Montevideo.

Surrounded by art galleries, antique shops, pubs and cafes, it also has a quick access to the most attractive areas of the city of Montevideo.

The hotel has standard rooms and superior rooms. All rooms are comfortable, with external view, spacious bathrooms, telephone, central heating and cable TV.

The Superior rooms are located in the top floor and have large balconies (15 m2) with an outstanding view of the city's harbor.
