Liked: The location, the location was very close to the entrance of the sight Pamukkale and you could see it from the place where you are having breakfast...

Disliked: The way it look like, the hole ambient in the rooms, they are quite old and bad looking also not clean enough.... but according the prices....

Liked: A good value for money place and within easy walking distance of the Travertines.

Disliked: Cold showers - though not a bad thing in hot temps. And it wasn't really a fun place to meet people.

Liked: Its just across the street from the entrance to the travertines. The staff were very helpful - within 5 minutes of asking, a bus had been booked to my next destination. The dorm room I was in has single beds (ie not bunks).

Liked: The staff was amazing - helped us out with transport questions, booking busses and good general advice. Even helped us learn a few more, very handy turkish phrases! Close to all the places of interest. Wonderful breakfast. Free tea & coffee during the day. Great place!!

Liked: I had booked a dorm room, but got upgraded to a private room upon arrival for the same price as the dorm rooms. the location was perfect, and with so little to see actually in Pamukkale this hostel is worth staying at as its a good place to relax and do nothing

Disliked: i though the prices of the restaurant adjoined to the hostel were a tad expensive, but there are other options a few blocks away.

Liked: Great place to base yourself to see other places around Fethiye. Tuna was so helpful with booking buses and tours. Great atmosphere!

Liked: great location closest to the entrance for the travertines, ATM's next door, staff is very friendly, helpful and welcoming- true Turkish hospitality of the old days.As a solo traveller I am used to pay the highest rates for the smallest rooms, not so at Özbay: I got a spacious, very clean twin with balcony for the cheapest rates I payed in Turkey.free coffee, good food, cheap prices - I definitely recommend Özbay Hotel

Liked: Staff is very nice and helpful! He helped us call the bus agent in the early morning (~4 a.m.)100% prefect location, just 1 minute walk to the entrance of Pamukale and 3 min walk to the bus agent.Room rate is very cheap and breakfast is delicious.Strongly recommended those people who looking for cheap and safe hotel!!

Liked: I stayed at this hotel with 6 other friends for a day. The rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful. This hotel is especially popular among Japanese and Korean students, but I totally recommend it to anyone. Near the hotel, there are some restaurants with good and affordable food. Ozbay itself serves some food, and you can find Shin Korean noodle there :D. After checking out in the morning, our group went to Hierapolis for a tour and we were supposed to go to Cappadoccia in the evening. The tour finished around 4 pm, but our bus left at 10 pm. Because we were so tired and had no where else to do after that, Ozbay allowed us to have one room to rest and take showers. Thanks, Ozbay! The experience had made our trip in Pamukkale the best one in Turkey.

Liked: Very friendly staff. Very close to the entrance of the Pammukkale/Hieropolis site (the Walking path up to the top, that is...) Very fair pricing. You will not regret coming to this place.

Liked: The location is great, 2 minutes from the travertines. The staff that run the place are fabulous, really friendly and made me really welcome. The breakfast and food at the restaurant is also really good. One of my favourite hostels in turkey. Would definately reccommend it.
