Liked: Melrose House is a wonderful place to stay. Every room has been done up aesthetically. Mehmet, the hotel manager is a very friendly and helpful person. The food they make is excellent.

Liked: After travelling extensively through Turkey I can easily say that the Melrose House Hotel was not only the best hotel that we stayed in but best value for money. Mehmet and Ummu were wonderful hosts who spoke fluent English and were always friendly and helpful. The restaurant offered a variety of dishes and was absolutely delicious. This was the only hotel in Turkey that had a kettle in the room and it was fantastic to be able to enjoy a "cuppa" on our balcony. Our room was beautiful with a great bathroom (nice, warm shower!) We thoroughly enjoyed swimming in the pool and lazing around afterwards. We booked and stayed for 2 nights but next time we will stay for longer. We loved staying at the Melrose House Hotel.

Liked: Absolutely a wonderful experience. Mehmet and Ummu are wonderful and generous hosts, willing do the extra bit for their guests. Breakfast was very good and they run a wonderful restaurant for enjoying a lovely and relaxing meal at the end of a day. Lovely pool too. Strongly recommend an extra day for just enjoying a relaxing day with Mehmet and Ummu. Wish we had done it. The staff are always smiling.

Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food on offer was very nice as well. In addition, the location was good and the hostel felt very cosy. Had great atmosphere to relax in, rooms were nicely decorated. Small pool which was nice to sit by, garden dining area was lovely in evening too.

Disliked: Nothing, was very good value for money.

Liked: This was, hands down, the best place we stayed at in Turkey on our entire trip. Great rooms, friendly & very helpful staff (they speak fluent English and German), very nice terrace and restaurant area, great pool, delicious breakfast & food in general. Unfortunately, our schedule only allowed us to stay one night, we would have loved to stay longer!!!

Liked: loved this place, was the best we stayed at in turkey. lovely owners who picked us up from the bus and dropped us the next day at the travines. lovely rooms, peaceful and amazing breakfast included. we had dinner at the restaurant there and and enjoyed one of the best meals we'd had in turkey so far. i'd stay there again for sure and wish we had stayed more than one night. a really really good guest house. recommended.

Liked: You must pick this one! Funny, lovely and really helpful hotel owner, though we arrive early in the morning around 7:30am and before other ppl check out time, so the rooms are nearly all full, but he still try hard to arrange one for us immediately, so that we can have a good shower after our overnight bus trip. We just stay one night (so regret...) but he still offer us a free drive to the bus station while we leave pamukkale (we didnt ask for it). And he didnt push us to write gd review at hostel booker. Really good guy. Besides, this hotel is really really beautiful from outside appearance, swimming pool, inside & outside breakfast area. The room is really big, lovely, comfortable, with a balcony, bathroom is nice, clean, hot shower is good. Bed is big. Room and the hotel is clean. They serve some tea bag, kettle etc at room, LCD TV. Location is good, just 15 mins walk to the attraction For breakfast, it is unforgettable. They have many many good choice and variety, just like buffet. They even make around 6-7 choices of fresh jams, home-make, unbelievable, you can't find such things in other hostel/hotel. And have some local homemake tasty snack like spring roll. Overall, is my best choice with low price!

Liked: During our Middles East journey we stayed at several places, but without any doubts Melrose was the best hostel we found!

Liked: The owners were friendly and provided a lift to the nearby bus station. Home-cooked dinners were delicious and good value for price. The room was a bit Turkish kitsch but by far the nicest we stayed in during our Turkey trip, and had fun extras like a gauzy bed cover and a hotpot with tea and coffee.

Disliked: We had a few minor hiccups with heating and plumbing upon arrival but they were quickly resolved by the owner.

Liked: Absolutely fantastic hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to all people. My stay was fantastic in everyway and the owners and staff could not do enough for us, they put themselves out for us at all times. A fantastic place to stay and we are going back next week and will continue to always book this hotel in Pamukkale.

Disliked: There is nothing whatsoever to dislike about this property.

Liked: Room was spacious, clean, and included a balcony, TV and heater/aircon. Enclosed shower with great water pressure and hot water. Breakfast buffet was excellent and full. The restaurant at the hotel is really great as well and good value. Owner was helpful and friendly and gave us a lift to and from the bus station. WIFI connection in room. Would highly recommend this place in Pamukkale.

Liked: This hotel was excellent value for money. The rooms are clean and the facilities excellent. It is a family run hotel, the owner was a useful source of information and nothing was too much trouble. Also the home cooked food was delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning on traveling to Pamukkale. Definitely one of the best places we stayed on our travels around Turkey.

Liked: amazing place, hostel prices but more like boutique hotel! wonderful friendly family that run it, very helpful, beautiful rooms/bathrooms, excellent breakfast (huge!), lovely homecooked meals, nice quiet location with pool - we didnt want to leave!

Liked: Mehmet and his family score an A1! They truly epitomize the phrase 'Turkish Hospitality'. Absolutely helpful, cheerful and friendly; an honor and true delight to simply be in their presence. Clean, extremely hospitable and cheap rooms, with a homely feel of 5 star service. Excellent location. Free internet. In addition, Mehmet's wife is an accomplished cook. No joke! Staying at Algau just added ten-fold to our vacation in Pamukale. Will definitely stay here when I return to Pamukale! Kudos to Mehmet and his family for job done well.
