Liked: staff is helpful, it would also open for those tourists just waiting for buses. Location is exellence, few mins walk to pamukkale south entrance.

Disliked: room is quite old, towel with red dots... luckily i have my own to use

Liked: Very convinient location that the bus dropped us in front of the hotel, amazing swimming pool, very freiendly staff,it was a very clean ensuit room, great value of money! Highly recommend!

Liked: Nice pool, great location to the travertines which are open 24hrs. Lot's of information in the reception.

Disliked: Only 1 computer available, and just a thin curtain in front of the windows making the room quite bright when trying to sleep. Also 1 of the staff there recommended the tour agent opposite who gave the price of 50 lira for daily boat trips in Fetiyah (they were only 35 lira in Fetiyah) and they became quite moody when I said I'd prefer to wait until I got to my next place to see.

Liked: The manager Ana and her staff are great. they make Artemis a nice place to stay. Extremely helpful and fun people.

Disliked: The showers run hot and cold. the place needs more money to be pumped back into the hotel for renovations and refurbishment. It can easily shift from average to good with a facelift and some brush strokes in the right places.

Liked: The plus here is the hot and cold pools. They are both very clean and very nice. There is also a sauna, so this is a great place to relax between sightseeing. The breakfast is good and there is tea and coffee on offer all day. There is also a restaurant at reasonable prices, which is a convenience.

Disliked: nothing.

Liked: Good location. It is very near otogar (bus station). However, the Pamukkale city is very small so you can walk around there.

Disliked: The water does not hot as it should be.

Liked: location, jacussi hot tub, free coffee and tea all day, helpful staff only after they realise that you are really not interested in the tours they offer

Disliked: a bit too gungho on selling their tours, but not too bad

Liked: The staff was very helpful and it´s really close to the main atractions.

Disliked: The water of the jacuzzi was dirty, sauna and turkish bath didn´t work porperly.

Liked: The staff were very helpfull and friendly and made our stay a good one.

Disliked: The bathroom was not a very inviting room. The smell was horrible all and there was no hot water.

Liked: excellent hostel. or actually, more like a hotel feel. very clean and comfortable rooms. warm pool and sauna for enjoyment and a nice way to relax after a day walking around the travertines and hieropolis. the staff was super friendly and welcoming and answered all my questions and needs. a restaurant right there, it was great to hang out during the evening, reading and drinking the free coffee/tea offered.

Liked: Friendly staff (Ali Baba), jacuzzi and sauna,buffet breakfast,free tea/coffee 24 hrs, nice clean room, swimming pool, 24 hrs hot shower and heaters in room. They provide free transfer from Denizli Bus Station to the hostel and it's only about 5 minute's walk from the hostel to the travertines entrance.

Liked: I like this hotel. All staff are nice,friendly and very helpful. Anna the manager also very helpful and informative. The hotel location is very close to the travertine site and surrounded by various restaurants and gift shops. I could find nearby resto that provides asian/ korean food too.

Disliked: I am expecting hot water swimming pool since it located closed to hydrothermal source. So, the guest can enjoy the hot springs in front of their room.

Disliked: The owner invited me to his private hot spring, He was very pushy, when I said no He got upset. It was kind of weird and make me very uncomfortable his attitude, since I was travelling alone.

Liked: The manager of the place is an absolutely amazing lady...and the team there are super helpful. They helped me get quick tickets to my next destination, happily agreed to cancel my booking because I wanted to leave early and were highly informative about everything regarding Turkey. She even helped book my flight tickets when I made some spontaneous changes to Itinerary. These people are great and I would love to go back there. And they have 2 Swimming Pools...beat that !! And best of all since they had run out of dorms for me, they upgraded me to a SINGLE BED ROOM for no extra charge. It does not get better and friendlier than Artemis Hostel...

Liked: This is so far the best deal I have found while travelling in Europe. Very good breakfast included in the price+a nice swimming pool and cheap prices for dinner. I strongly recomend it.
