Liked: Extras: laundry service, shuttle service,breakfast (only the milk was hot, guess that's how they like it!), toiletries... Friendly staff!!

Disliked: The shower was broken, but, I managed! They didn't have my reservation, but once I showed him the email, it was no problem.

Liked: Excellent location, along with the other 200 hotels in the area. Great breakfast, friendly night staff, good price.

Disliked: Room somewhat worn and shabby. Shower door broken which allowed water on the floor outside the stall, and there was no drainage outside the shower stall. Some loud teenagers on a group tour. Day staff a bit pushy on tours.

Liked: Ideal location to all old city locations. Just off the tram line which is the easiest landmark for navigation around the city. Room a bit small, but quite adequate with really effective air con. Very slight plumbing problem - did not affect anything - shower with plenty of hot water, all linen clean and functional with room made up every day with no problems. Breakfast very Turkish all you can eat of fresh healthy tasty food (buffet) served 7:00am till 10:00am. Staff always helpful and delivered service offered as described and efficiently. Excellent value for money - will definitely go back (stayed an extra three days anyway because could not get better value).
