Liked: Staff, it was always helpful. Also breakfast was nice. Free coffee 24h a day is also good bonus. Location is good to get to bus station and airport. To get to sultanahmet, you need to go few stops on the tram.

Disliked: The room 303 has problem with electricity, but staff was helpful to solve this problem.

Liked: Great location close to public transport and easy to get to from the airport, few tram stops from most 5-star attractions, yet far from tourist hordes , generous buffet breakfast

Liked: is very closed to Metrostation and streetcar station in anskaray easy Transport to Airport and otogar also easy transport to most tourist sides,trainstation and all parts of istanbul itr also has great bueffe Breakfast for what you pay.i will uese hotel again in the future

Disliked: No HEAT,Manager ignoring my request for HEAT in the evening.at my next stay at this hotel i will request heat via E mail if my visit falls in the cold months

Liked: Good value for money. But it's not that close to Sultanahmet but the tram has a very good connection. Atatürk Airport can be reached easily by Metro as well.

Liked: Extremely friendly staff in a location which is very convenient for either going to the old-town or the airport. But the area directly outside the hotel isn't the best... Rooms are small but absolutely okay (except our shower had to be fixed). No safe available.

Liked: Was exactly as expected really for what we paid. The only small issue was the mouse sharing our room! But other than that staff were helpful and only 15 mins walk from Sultanahmet

Liked: Very nice staff, well located, easy access for 2 subways, being one the airport one. Nice place to be at european side of Istambul. It´s not like backpackers paradise, more like a family and business hotel (so don't expect that happy environment)! I recommend.

Liked: Hassan was a relief as he know english. Its very hard to ask get directions and help from IST. hotel is good just suited for the budget traveller. i love the cheese during the breakfast and the bread. location... if they say its a walking distance from tourist spot..get ready to walk from hotel to those places around 45 min. better take the tram. and use akbil. overall hotel is located just fine from aksaray metro and aksaray tram around 6 min walk from both stations. good thing our room was not located near a pub...try requesting in adv to have rooms from 3rd flr up..

Liked: Excellent value for money, best in Istanbul. Decent breakfast and friendly service included. This is the most Fawlty Towers-ish hotel I've ever stayed (in best possible sense).

Liked: We found there a very nice and kind staff, clean and confortable room, location in the hart of old Istanbul and a lot of interesting restaurants and shops with reasonable prices. Most Istanbul's monoments can be reached by walk.
