Liked: Room was a nice size and clean, it was centrally located, laundry was a reasonable price. Wifi worked in room, breakfast was included, after the initial arrival sales pitch they didn't try to continue to bother us about booking tours and stuff. Staff was generally quite friendly.

Disliked: We had booked a private twin and when we arrived they showed us a twin room and told us it was 50TL per night, but we showed him that our booking price was 40TL/night, and he seemed disappointed/hesitant to give us the room at the price we booked it at, and initially didn't seem to think that should include the "commission" 10% we payed hostelbookers. In fairness, when we asked if we could extend our stay, he didn't try to raise the price on us, and we didn't end up overcharged at all. Just saying: put the room up on HB for the price you want to sell it for, there shouldn't be any ambiguity when the customer arrives as to what they should be paying. Only other issue was that one night they didn't turn the heat on at all and it was literally freezing outside.

Liked: Owner Ismail superb - very helpful. Location central so easy to drop in and out of. Very cheap so definitely value for money. Roof terrace to watch the balloons go by as you breakfasted!

Disliked: Furniture falling apart! But beds comfortable nonetheless. No bed side lights so difficult for one person to go to sleep before the other. We stayed five nights which meant that they didn't clean the room midway through our stay until we asked. Toilet could have done with some bleach and hot water was variable. Lounge had fire in the evening but our room was rather cold. (October: hot days, cold evenings and nights) . Sorted by extra blanket!

Disliked: We got a room with no window to the outside...only two windows to corridor. But that was not a big problem as we only stayed for one night.

Liked: Well located in the center of Goreme. Nice rooms not expensive at all. I liked the view from roof terrasse and the breakfast was really good. When you arrive, they give you information about what to do in Capadocia, helfull.

Disliked: We booked throught the hotel a bus shuttle to Kayseri airport. He arrived 25 minutes late... Apart from this, nothing.

Liked: Central location. Room was nice and airy with big windows. Staff were helpful, booked our tours. Traditional Turkish breakfast on rooftop terrace with view over goreme region, absolutely stunning to watch the balloons in the morning.

Disliked: the first night we came we had to stay in a tiny room in the middle of a lobby where the windows opened on to the lobby and no fresh air, they gave us a fan to use and moved us the next day to a far superior room though.
