Liked: Staff super friendly. clean, nice location and very good breakfast on the roof with great view on the licia tombs.

Liked: The location is good and the rooms are cleanish

Disliked: The owner was terrible. My friend and I think the property must have changed hands recently as we did not have the nice experience so many other travellers describe at this hotel. Firstly, we were shown to a room with three beds - we had booked a twin with river view, so just assumed this was the only double room we had. We then went out to have lunch. Upon our return a couple of hours later to the hotel we were told we have been gone "four hours" so the hotel owner had taken it upon himself to moce our stuff (which was partly unpacked) from one room to another without our permission. He had stuffed us into a room with a double bed and no river view and assumed this would be fine with us "for one night". I then complained, and clearly not used to having women talk back at him, he was not polite, but did show us to a second room. We were told this room was needed by 9AM the next morning. This room had a nice view so we did not complain. However, after packing up our stuff the next day we returned from the beach to find that the room we were in was not occupied and we were being stuffed into another room purely for the sake of it. This room had no working electricity. We waited 30mins for the owner to return and relieve his colleague who could not speak English, instead he sent up his 14 year old son to fiddle with the electrics. At this point my friend and I had wasted enough time at this hotel - we went downstairs to say we were leaving and would pay for the one night we stayed there. At this point the owner became aggressive and refused to let us leave. It was only when I was clearly not prepared to give in that he accpeted one nights pay at an inflated exchange rate and let us leave. As two women travelling alone in Turkey this was a horrible experience and I would warn anyone against staying in this hotel. We move to the hotel with a pool down the river front - hotel Tezcan, which I would recommend.

Liked: Clean. Safe. Good size rooms with air conditioning, balcony and cupboard. Great buffet breakfast. Fantastic views from the terrace. Friendly professional staff and a nice, calm, family atmosphere. Excellent value for money and a great place to stay while you are seeing the sights in and around Dalyan. Nuestro cuarto era limpio y seguro con aire accondicionado, balcon y un armario. Habia un buen desayuno y unas vistas geniales desde la terracita. Los duenos eran amables y profesionales, y el hotel tenia un caracter muy tranquilo y de familia. Ese hotel esta muy bien por el precio. Para mi,no era un hotel sino un pension, pero asi me gustaba aun mas.

Liked: It was amazing the location and the views are fabulous. The rooms were lovely and clean. The family that run the hostel were so warm and welcoming and helped us when we got lost and went to the other Dalyan in izmir instead of here and got us here safely haha. The restaurant next door were great and gave my friend an awesome bday experience and a fun night on the town. The owners daughter is gorgeous and you should practice her English with her, she's so good with it. Awesome time!! Yummy breakfast on the terrace
