Liked: the hotel could be nice, as the rooms (the ones with window, which cost more) the location is good. People who work there are very nice.

Disliked: the rooms are dirty, the toilet in particular (this was my experience..I can't say about all the rooms)

Liked: Nice place to stay. Very classy. Had most things as advertised.

Disliked: No fans in the room, which meant the nights were very hot. Rooms a little cramped but they had everything. Internet connection kept cutting in and out.

Liked: Location. Breakfast.

Disliked: I booked the cheapest room on the hostelbookers webpage for this hotel, which had a very narrow bed, no windows or air-conditioning, so too hot for this season, but it seemed like a good hotel, so maybe the more expensive rooms there are better.

Liked: Cheapish - but a tiny room with no window. Anyone booking should check exactly what kind of room they are getting. Some of the other rooms looked very good.

Liked: The building itself is very nice the restuarant has great views, hotel kept meticulously clean. Bartender Ghazi and I became friends he helped me the best he could.

Liked: The triple room I booked was a pretty nice size and everything was clean, but was quite uncomfortable due to the heat. It was the dead of winter and we had to have the window open or the air conditioning on because the room was so stuffy and hot. The double room I booked was more like a storage closet with little ventilation. The only ventilation was a shaft that carried air that was much more smoky than fresh. It was tiny, with no chairs to sit in, and the guests had to store their things in the bathrooms because it had more space than the bedroom. The staff heavily disregarded the non-smoking policy, so the hotel was constantly smoky. It was quite a bit of money for what it was, especially in comparison with most other places I've stayed in Turkey.

Liked: Comparing to hotels I stayed in certain Euopean cities like Paris, Amsterdam, Brussell etc. It is better on price, clienness, and staff quality.

Liked: After having stayed in a complete hole in Kayseri for the same price, and having read some reviews of this hotel we weren't sure what to expect. It was freezing cold and throwing it down with rain. We were so happy to be welcomed by super helpful staff, to have a warm clean room, a massive bathroom, hot water, proper toilet and shower, BBC world news on the TV and good places to eat just round the corner. The location is excellent for visiting the museums and the centre of town.

Liked: You'll get what you're paying for. I chose the budget rooms without an ordinary toilet, ac or windows So if you only use the room for sleeping, and not as a base for stay - then it works fine.

Liked: Great location. A 5 minute walk to Kizilay. Single corner rooms are extremely good value for money. 15 pound. The room is basic: no windows, old style Turkish toilet etc.. but fine for a base for one person.

Liked: The hotel ?s ?n a perfect locat?on at the heart of Ankara c?ty, most of the places to be v?s?ted w?th?n walk?ng d?stance from the hotel, the staff are very helpful and fr?endly, the only th?ng that I d?sl?ke ?s that some rooms have no w?ndows wh?ch makes them suffocated. In general, I have had a pleasant stay ?n Ankara.
