Liked: Staff pretty attentious and always willing to help. Nice facilities and reasonable breakfast.

Liked: The room was very big, airy and comfy. We like the fact that they cleaned the rooms everyday and were also quite helpful in giving directions and calling for car rentals. There is one Muslim stall and another Muslim restaurant within walking distance.

Disliked: It's quite far from Patong. About 20 minutes drive so was not that convenient for us. It's located in the quite part of the town so if you're looking for fun, this is not the place.

Liked: This was an amazing value! It is very clean and the staff is very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Disliked: It's not exactly in a central location and it costs a good bit of money to get around to the main beaches, but it's not too bad.

Liked: spacious rooms, newly refurnished, good and calm location, very helpful staff (organised cheap private taxis), perfect for overnight stay if you catch a ferry the next day

Disliked: too far away from city center for longer stays at phuket

Liked: We stayed 1 night here in transit from the airport to ferry port. This is by far the best value for money we got on our 5 month tour of SE Asia. Its location is not really close to the touristy area or many restaurants, but its perfect for a short convenient stay. Huge comfy rooms with TV and simple free breakfast made it a great stopover.

Disliked: nothing

Liked: Communal area is great! Lots of chairs and tables to sit down at, relax and meet others.

Liked: Just a great hotel!! It isnt close to the town center, but the location is still great. I injured my foot here and everyone here was so helpful and nice!!

Liked: The rooms are very spacious and pleasant. Very good value for money. Enormous beds, enough closets, very modern and a balcony.

Liked: It is such good value for money, like a top hotel but not having to pay the price. Unfortunately only got to stay one night as moving on, but it was so clean and modern. Good security too, you need a key to get up to the rooms.

Liked: Really great hotel rooms for hostel/backpacker prices. Super nice bathrooms that were en suite, and a great place to sort of pamper yourself after backpacking through hostels for a while, but still pay hostel prices. There are some great street-side places to eat nearby, and you can get a real glimpse into how the locals actually live by just walking around the area. It's not too far off from the main part of town.

Disliked: Fairly expensive cab ride to get to the airport, would recommend organizing something in advance. If you're looking for a fun/party place, this is definitely too far off to suit your needs, but if you want a nice place to relax and recover from the craziness on your way to the other islands or to the mainland, I'd definitely recommend it.

Liked: This property was excellent and an absolute steal for the price we paid. The accomodation really was luxurious. The staff were amazingly helpful, unfortunately we arrived having had some items stolen from us on the way from Bangkok to Phuket, we were taken to the tourist police and the manager translated for us, it was fantastic service.

Disliked: The location could be better, especially when you walk from the town centre with heavy backpacks, ikts probably a good 30 minute walk from town. However, there is a local bus which runs from the hotel to town, its convenient and costs 10 baht one way. The quality of accomodation more than makes up for this problem though.

Liked: Nice and clean place. Unbelievable rooms for the price. Lovely stuff, though the english is rather basic. Sayed here two times and enjoyed it very much. The rooms were huge and the bath was very clean. The towel where assembled to build two swans, Incredible!

Disliked: It is not in the central of phuket, but a 20 baht ride with the tuktuk... The stuff is not good at english at all, but very friendly and nice.

Liked: Samkong was one the nicest room's I've had in Thailand. Beautiful blue colour scheme, big comfy bed and sparkling clean bathrooms. Perhaps the only thing that could be better provided is tourist information or referral to travel agents. Would throughly recommend.

Liked: we stayed 2 days in this Hotel. The rooms are nice, it's clean, but the stuffisn't helpfull at all. They can't speak proper english, so it's very difficult to find something out or ask them sth.The Hotel is really far away from everything. So you need to catch a taxi which is 200baht up.We wouldn't recommend it...just if your not interested to see something of Phuket.
