Liked: close to everything party wise, yet far enough to get away from the madness, with easy access to taxi trucks 7 11 and bank,beach right there..

Liked: I rented the delux suite, was huge open space and big seperate bathroom,everything was fine but no kettle to make a cuppa or microwave, but 7 11 around the corner with bank so handy, its a few kms down the road ,so if you like some space from walking street ,its great,yet close enough in a taxi truck about 10 min or less.

Disliked: no kettle,how can it be delux without a kettle??

Liked: The property was very conveniently located for the beach, and for local bars and restaurants. A bart bus service also operates regularly to nearby Pattaya.

Disliked: My only quibble is the advertising of a pool at the property - this is incorrect.

Liked: The location was good, the owners were very friendly and helpful. The room was big and clean.

Disliked: We had some laundry done and we should have asked for the price before. Turned out to be quite expensive, but everything was very clean.

Liked: Our room was massive! Modern and clean with aircon included, the staff were extra helpful and very welcoming. Right near the beach and some nice bars and restaurants.

Disliked: It suited us perfectly, it only cost 20b to get into the main strip in Pattaya.

Liked: This is a hotel, but offers hostel rooms (dorm beds). The room I stayed in was on the fourth floor, and it should be noted that there is no elevator. The room was furnished with a king-size bed (two twin beds with a connector). The bathroom has a hot water heater. The staff is amazingly friendly. Whatever you are paying for a hotel or hostel, you should consider Casa Viva solely for this. The rooms are clean and standard, but you simply cannot pay enough for accurate expert, friendly advice when you are on holiday. We saved perhaps an entire day of our holiday because the staff was aggressive in making sure we could find adequate transportation to get to our tour sights. The room cost less than $30 USD a night, but we saved so much more than that because we were able to do so much with their help. In addition, the manager told us how to go about town to save money and not get cheated. You simply cannot pay enough for such good service.

Disliked: The rooms are spartan: bed, TV, mini-fridge. However, it must be noted that the management allowed us to take towels to the beach, which was wonderful.

Liked: Owners of the place very helpful upon arrival and any time you needed help or information! rooms very spacious and clean. Situated a 30 second walk from the beach!

Liked: i stayed there with my mother and little sister and they are completely pleased to stay here. the place is really not hard to find, as long as you've found the sarita chalet sign then you're okay. transportation is very easy. staffs are beyond helpful. very clean room, equipped with bathroom amenities and towels (comes really handy, imagine bringing wet towel home after travel!).

Disliked: no elevator. but it is a good reason to exercise!

Liked: This is in a great location, just off the beach and close to good returants and a short walk from lively bars. The owners of this hostel were absolute stars, they knew the local area and arrangnged onward transport for us. Excellent understanding of English. The room was clean (if a little clinical looking) with working tv, shower and a.c....what more could you ask for! Highly recommended.

Liked: Fantasic owners!!! So so helpful, very obliging and will really give u lots of info on trips etc. Rooms are cleaned everyday - two min walk to the beach, beach isn't really that nice but you're well able to still high a deck chair or line on te sand to catch some rays! Defo recommend casa viva!!

Liked: Superfriendly and helpful staff, very spacious and very clean room. No kitchen to prepare dinner in. A bit outside the towncentre, but the minibus goes there all the time. Very quiet.

Liked: so cheap. the best value for money in the whole of Thailand. The rooms are very spacious and clean and the staff is so nice and friendly. It's only 50 m from the beach and I will surely be going back. I highly recomend it to anyone

Liked: 1) Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with all aspects of our stay. 2) Had good information about what to do in Pattaya and helped us plan/book the remainder of our trip in Thailand. 3) Went out of their way to be helpful. 4) Rooms were very clean and comfortable, well worth the cheap rate. 5) Close walk to the beach in Jomtien, and transportation to Walking Street is cheap and very easy. Great place!6) Mr. Pierre Martin , very nice elderly person but has wonderful smile on his face all the time.7) I would like to visit Thailand once again not to see Pattaya Beach but to stay at Casaviva Inn Surely.
