Liked: they could not find our booking even if I gave them my name and surname. we wait around two hours before have rooms. the lady on reception was really arrogante and does not smile at all. This was my first and last time in thise hotel. For less price, in Thailand, we can have a better service in other hotel. I really not recommende it.

Disliked: antonella left no negative feedback.
