Liked: Great location, only a minutes walk from the beach and restaurants/shops. Staff very helpful. Our toilet flush broke one morning and the staff fixed it within an hour.

Disliked: Needed a fan or atleast a window in the bathroom.

Liked: very close to the beach, 5 min. from bangla road and shoping mall. very good location for money, nice restoran next to it.

Disliked: no elevator, i was on 3 floor

Liked: good location, reasonable price, friendly and courteous staff and clean wide rooms.

Liked: I stayed here for one night before my friends arrived and we had a booking at a resort with pool etc. Staff are lovely. Room clean and spacious. I needed to find out where to buy a UK converter plug and the front desk gave me theres but an extension cord. So helpful!! Not a resort/pool hotel but def a good stopover central location hotel

Disliked: Customer left no negative feedback.

Liked: room cleaned every day, very thoroughly. staff were really friendly and helpful, would definately stay here again
