Liked: Single fan room with shared toilet was best value for money what I have had in Thailand. Shared toilet between two rooms, not in corridor. Double room with aircon and private bathroom was not so great value for money, but okay.

Liked: It was in a good location, near the pier and some good shopping sites, and some funky bars too. The hostel itslef was ok, the air con rooms looked fantastic, but the fan rooms were very basic. Had a tv though, which is a bonus.
