Liked: The most comfortale bed I have slept in to date. The room was awesome had a couch, tv, fridge and an attached private bathroom. Location was great. Across from great street food.

Disliked: A little bit exspensive but so is everything in Ao Nang

Liked: Great place to stay, couldn't understand why some people reviewed this place poorly. Everything is as this place said it was. No excess noise from anywhere. Location was within walking distance of everything. Nice big clean rooms.

Disliked: Aircon froze over once at below 24 deg and wet the bed a bit.

Liked: Good location to Aonang Beach and Close to Restaurants, street stalls and bars. Helpful Staff

Disliked: There were no tea and coffee facilities as advertised, however we saw that these were available after we checked out! There were also a lot of building works going on while we were there which was a bit noisy and messy.

Liked: The location was good as it was about a 5 minute walk from the beach

Disliked: The staff were very unfriendly. We were basically stuck in the middle of a building site. The key snapped in the lock of our door. The next day after going for a walk we came back to the door wide open with someone replacing the lock. There was a women sat next to our bags and another man just lingering in the room. When we came back there were a few items missing out of our bags which were there before we went on our walk, and on top of that we were charged for the new lock.

Liked: Good price for a private bedroom with bathroom, comfortable bed and good bedroom size. Nice location near the beach, restaurants and shops. I got to check in at 7am even if it's normally 1pm for the earliest check in. Nice service on arrival.

Disliked: Bathroom wasn't that nice and clean but had hot water. Not much ambiance and guests don't really mingle.

Liked: It was located it a nice location wiv lots of bars and places to eat. it was a 3min walk away from the beach. We had a twin room wiv a tv with cable and we had a fridge and our own bathroom and it had a saftey box in the room as well.The room was cleaned daily and had fresh towels and water everyday. we booked for 3 nights but ended up staying for 8 nights. staff were nice and helpfull as we booked the phi phi island tour and also our bus ticket to phuket all for a good price. we would defo stay here again.

Liked: Air Con and fan in the room, fridge, good location.

Disliked: The odd cockroach in the room, but that's to be expected. The Air Con generator system was mounted in a room adjoining the bathroom, this meant that the heat in their became almost unbearable, even the metal doorhandles became too hot to touch.

Liked: friendly staff, cheap

Disliked: floor was consistently feeling oily. bedsheets were never changed throughout the stay there. generally quite run down. mosquito nets didn't really prevent mosquitoes from getting in. required a mosquito coil to rid of them. but all in all, can't complain because it was cheap.

Liked: Mountain view from the double room's balcony (above the building right next to balcony).

Disliked: In June they had a problem with small white ants. They were everywhere. If you want to party, then this is a good choice. There is a block full of bars next to hostel and they keep on going unitl the morning, loudly. And the personell don't mind if the guests are keepin others awake.

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped me arrange 2 day trips to to the Phi Phi Islands and James Bond island. They also booked me a minivan/bus to Phuket. The location is right down the street from the beach. There are lots of restaurants and shops between the hotel and the beach. I liked it here so much that I stayed an additional 2 nights. Bathrooms are shared between your room and another room, not a whole hallway (atleast in my experience). Great place to stay!

Disliked: Nothing!

Liked: it was a short walk to the beach, mcdonalds, atm, 7-11, starbucks...whatever you'd need right outside your door. Also, reception was open 24hrs..that was nice. Booked ferry + bus joint ticket there too. Very nicely decorated, modern and clean! Internet right downstairs in the lobby.

Disliked: Customer left no negative feedback.

Liked: Nothing much. wasn't too far from beach though.

Disliked: i disliked the hostel because: bathroom was an insects paradise, shower leaked, toilet leaked, (as shower & toilet were in 1 room, we were sharing the water from the toilet and shower!), nightclub next door played music until 7am, room & beds weren't cleaned once while we there, rubbish built up as a result of this, air conditioning made the room leading to toilet extremely warm as it wasn't connected outside( was like a sauna), arrived & 5.00am made to wait 6 hours at reception(even though we told them what time we would arrive), tried to charge us double the amount that should have been paid, tried to put us in a room with a double bed(we are 2 men & found this insulting), staff were threatening and extremely rude, manager was never around to complain to, electricity kept turning off, tv had extremely bad signal, laundry went missing, was next door to a suit shop & was hassled everyday to buy 1 even though we kept saying no. looked like there was a bonfire out the back(burned rubbish everywhere), internet was very poor/slow & it charged by the minute.

Liked: 9 Internet terminals in the lobby. 24 hour reception. Close to beach and best of all opposite 24 Mcdonalds and Party Alley.

Liked: Stayed in the 3 bed AC room which could actually fit 4, was very clean.. came with TV, sofa, fridge, en suite, safe... was really nice and really good value for money. Walking distance to the shops, bars and resturants in Ao Nang..

Disliked: Not that many people staying there at the time.. but its low season.

Liked: The staff were wonderful - cheerful and welcoming as I came I went, and really on top of things - dealing with them really made the stay there pleasant. I ended up having to cancel my final night at the last minute and they were really good about refunding that cost. They were also more than happy to store my luggage on my last day after I checked out and even let me take a shower there when I returned from my beach tour before I had to be back on my way to Bangkok.

Disliked: Only complaint was a leaky bathroom ceiling....but I'm not really complaining - it wasn't that big an issue for me.
