Liked: Tharathip is a nice resort with helful and friendly staff. The rooms are clean and Air conditioned with a nice bathroom and a toilet thAt flushes (a bonus for Koh phangan) !!! Breakfast is simple but enough and the restaurant serves food all day. There are taxi services in thehotel (quiteexpensive) but if u walk outside u can easily flag one down for 150baht to haas rin. It is a big resort with plenty of backpackers. The lady on reception is the cutest and will help u with anything !!

Disliked: Not too much. There Are no shops or amenities within walking distance so u need to get a taxi. When we first arrived the hotel taxi charged b400 to haad rin, we then learned it Is only b150 to get an islandtaxi there!

Liked: We loved Tharathip soooo much we stayed for 3 extra nights. The staff were lovely, and the location was perfect if you're after something a bit quieter. We stayed there for the full moon party and the taxi service offered by the hotel was really good.....taking us at 10 and picking up anytime between 2 and 6. Koh Phangan was lovely, and I will definitely be coming back. There was a view to die for.
