Liked: beautiful hotel, really nice rooms, gorgeous pool and right on the beach next to loads of really nice restuarants and select bars. Couldnt have asked for more.

Liked: We booked the most basic room, and it was extremely cheap, yet we still got to use all of the fantastic facilities at the resort like the swimming pool, sunbeds, massage (charge), restaurant etc. It is located on a quiet beach where there's not much else going on (plenty of other restaurants though), which we loved, but it's not a party place if that's what you're looking for, and taxis to Had Rin can be pricey (200-300 Baht per person). The only complaint I have is hygiene in our room. The resort in general was fine, but the bathroom in our room was pretty horrible with bugs and dirt, and seemed like it had hardly ever been cleaned. I know that we booked the most basic accommodation, but I still expect cleanliness from any self-respecting resort, and was disappointed.

Liked: Good value for money, very friendly staff, nice coral reef just outside the beach. Not very much nightlife.

Liked: Great location, direct access to a very nice beach. Lovely pool area. Restaurent is over-priced compared to other places on the beach. Staff quite unfriendly - we booked a basic/fan room and from the moment we checked in we were treated like 2nd class citizens. To make things worse, for the night of the full moon party, the price of our very basic room was the same as for an air-con 'superior' room (2100B). Other people in the basic rooms paid 700-1200B. It's a nice place, but beware: prices change a lot depending on demand and the basic/fan room is NOT worth 2100B.

Liked: Lovely pool area, excellent location on the beach. Staff not very helpful or friendly, especially given that it's a 'prestige' resort/spa. For one of our nights, we were charged for an aircon 'superior' room but we're in a very basic room with fan only. Staff not at all willing to help with this.

(We booked a fan room and pay for upgrade to Air-con room)- Nice pool area.- Not a busy beach- I can request special menu at front desk ( really love this service)- We can extend our stay and got the same offer.Tip: Ask front desk for upgrade your room, they will offer good price.Thanks.
