We can arrange pick up for you in Krabi or at the pier in Koh Lanta
If flying to Krabi, take the local bus or taxi service to the ferry port for Koh Lanta. Cross Lanta Noi Island onto the next ferry for Lanta Yai. From here take the main road from the ferry port / Saladan town until you reach Phrae beach. Lanta gym is signposted on the left side of the road and set back off the road by about 300m. Again the Gym is signposted.
