Liked: The owners can speak some English, the rest of the staff couldn't speak any English. The breakfast is probably the worst in Thailand, I would rather go and pay the 40 BHT for noodle soup next door. The staff and service at breakfast is downright miserable and more miserable. The pool is more like a hot tub, which closes a little to early for me, but then again you really can not swim laps in this pool. The rooms are very clean and the cleaning staff an absolute delight. I paid in full when I arrived and in trying to check out, they couldn't find my payment. Pretty basic stuff. You can clearly see that the management/owners have no hotel management experience. Who ever designed the hotel must have used Legos and in the Lego world, a ten year old could have done a better job. If your looking for a very clean room, GREAT, if your looking for a hotel, FORGET IT !!

Liked: Friendly stuff and good attitude. No hair dryer and heater in the Room. Shower water temprature is not very stable.

Liked: It was quiet and a good location but could have done with a safe in the room or boxes in reception as there was no where to store valuables.

Liked: I stayed here for 2 nights and it was amazing. The staff are so unbelievably nice, the breakfast is great and the pool is nice too! I will definitely be going back here!

Liked: EVERYTHING!!!!!! THE MOST AMAZING HOTEL IN THE WORLD!!!!!!!WE HAVE STAYED ALL OVER THE WORLD AND THIS IS THE BEST HOTEL!!!!!THE STAFF ARE AMAZING AND THE POOL IS REALLY NICE AND LOTS TO SEE AND DO AROUND THE AREA!!! VERY SAFE!!!!LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT
