Liked: Funky decor and helps out local charities. Also environmentally aware.

Disliked: All good - just got heavy bags to get up 2 flights of stairs. Staff helped though which was great.

Liked: The staff were very helpful and friendly....didn't push the treking etc....helped us book the things we wanted to do and asked how much we enjoyed them. Bathrooms perhaps a bit basic but no more than we expected! As older 'backpacker' we appreciated the calm atmospere and the peace away from the young, party crowd.

Liked: Not Much! Most of the staff were unhelpful and grumpy. We had an ant infestation in our bathroom and the hotel guide was miss leading.

Liked: It was very dirty when I came in. The bathroom full of dark dust.Even parts of the clothes were not clean. They came in every day to makeup the room, but the didnt clean the floor. I dont understand that, because the price is higher than other places.

Liked: I do not recommend this place, not because it is necessarily a bad place to stay at, but because there are simply a PLETHORA of better, equally priced places to stay in Chiang Mai. Hotel staff are professional, but sometimes indifferent to guest situations, such as lack of hot water. If you are wanting a shower with reliable hot water and good water pressure, do not stay here. Decent location, good at booking trips/tours from the hotel.

Liked: very friendly staff, nothing too much trouble, a bit far out from the main town centre, but was welcomed by us after the mayhem of the Khao San!!!

Liked: The staff are very friendly and helpful. You'll love the theme for each room. Your room is cleaned every day. You can book your daily activities at the hostel. Delicious french toast. When I head back to Chaing Mai I will be staying at Seven Suns.

Liked: The rooms and bathroom were very clean and nicely decorated. Definitely good hostel for a short stay but there was some problem with the plumbing (little water coming out of the shower), other than that it's perfect.
