Disliked: Lack of power in shower head, basically have to stand against wall to get dripped on. Loud drain pipes, average breakfast for too much.

Liked: big room, bathroom with hot shower, safety lockers at reception, quick internet, massage and food places nearby

Disliked: the facilities are poorly maintained - the sink in the bathroom was dripping directly on the tiles on the floor instead of leading the water into the tube, smells and looks like 25-30 years old

Liked: The location is near the night bazaar and not far from the old town. The rooms are clean and nice. There is free internet for the guests and a beautiful lobby. The staff is really helpfull und friendly. They give you hints what and where to do in the city. There is a free laguage storage in the Chiang Mai Travel Lodge too.

Disliked: I liked everything

Liked: Location and outdoor seating.

Disliked: Cleanliness. Odor. Housekeeping. Mold. Leaky sink, toilet, shower. Locks on doors functioned poorly. Pillows and linens were uncomfortable. No safe in entire facility. Breakfast was over priced.

Liked: Great location, two mins walk from restaurants and bars. Easy to get round the town to see the sites on foot or moped. Big room with TV. Not many english speaking channels though. Room cleaned everyday, free water and use of towels, toilet roll etc.

Disliked: Computer for free internet was riddled with viruses and security program would not remove them. We requested pick-up from airport but they didn't turn up and had no record of our booking. Everytime someone flushed their toilet on the floors above the plumbing would make loud noises in our bathroom. Noisy at the back of the guesthouse as there was lots of building works going on.

Liked: Friendly staff. The location was very convenient. The pricing was also very affordable. At best, this hostel is a place to dump your bags during the day and sleep.

Disliked: Sterile, uncomfortable rooms. No hot shower. Poor TV reception. No warm atmosphere.

Liked: Chiang Mai Travel Lodge is in a great location, within walking distance to the night bazaar, old city, etc. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times.

Liked: Our stay at CMTL was great- we booked 2 nights and stayed an extra 4. It is located conveniently between the old city and the Night Markets, as well as heaps of restaurants, bars and cafes. The staff are really friendly and have a great tour agency in the foyer. Highly recommended :)

Liked: Not a Superior Deluxe room. Just a nice room for 10 euros.Pb with the bathroom and the shower. Water smelt and tasted metal.
