Liked: It was only £10 per night per room, very few insects, when we arrived the manageress went over the local map with us.

Disliked: The location - it was too far from old city (at least 40min walk from centre), the reception and lounge area is unwelcoming and essentially a lounge area for the staff and their cats, the door that led to the outside toilet was not secure and could have been easily accessed via neighbouring rooms, we were not offered use of any of the communal facilities i.e fridge, stove etc.

Liked: The Staff here are Super friendley and communication is easy, many speak GREAT english, we booked by mistake a day later then we rocked up but that had no issue finding a vacancy for us, we had a full briefing and were given maps with spot on directions and must see's on there too, if we wanted a tuk tuk they called for us, if we wanted a moped they organized for us, we never had to leave to organise anything they were more than happy to do anything and everything for us (even order Pizza yeew) if you want to imerse yourself with the locals then this place is the Titts! 10 out of 10

Disliked: just one thing it is a little out of the Old City but with the info & help provided its super easy o navigate yourself to the action!(they provide push bikes for free) other than that it was all gravy Baby!

Liked: Very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. Just want to thank Ann & Op for their great assistance to make my stay real wonderful.

Liked: Totally brill staff, i was ill for my first few days and they really looked after me, i ended up staying for another few days so that i could make up for lost time! If you're a cat lover you're going to love this place, the reception/coffee house attached is full of them, all willing to play with you. If you're allergic, stear clear! Bedding was remade everyday and free water given in attractive bottles. Only 2 computers in reception but rarely in use, so I only had to wait for them once. The ladies that run the hostel also get you the best rates on tuktuks so book through them!

Disliked: Wasn't 100% happy about the security of the room i stayed in - nothing was stolen or missing by the time i left i just felt a bit nervous leaving my stuff as it was only a bolt on the door. Very basic like that. Also, taxi drivers/ tuktuk drivers find it hard to know where the place is. Take a map with you everywhere you go, as you're given a free one when you arrive with the property highlighted on it.

Liked: Excellent staff who helped book day trips and treks. Room was excellent and very clean. Best guesthouse we stayed at on our travels. If you dont like cats-best to avoid!!
