Liked: Location is good for the night bazaar

Disliked: Over priced for what you get..found a similar guest house less than 5mins walk away for one third the price

Liked: Great location next to Night Markets. Big spacious room.

Disliked: Staff were not very friendly or helpful. Breakfast was not great. There was no internet available.

Liked: Location, price, clean, spacious, good shower.Breakfast just OK. If ever get bored, can stroll to Anusarn Market in the morning. Lot's of local thai food on temporary stalls there :)All the hotel staffs were always ready to help, even if some of them can't speak English fluently.& especially Ms. Mae, the manager, she made sure we had a pleasent stay there. She even confirm the price of our taxi to airport, made us feel sure that we're not being deceived :)Overall, we really had a great & memorable time at Chiang Mai. Thank you, People Place Team !! ^^

Disliked: Cannot lock the window, there're key holes but we didn't get the keys. & one time, we were inside the room & bar lock the door. but the cleaning service kept on trying, trying, & trying to get in. that's a bit scary. so everytime we're away, we put "do not disturb" sign & let our room not being daily cleaned :p

Liked: Hotel is very clean and location is perfect. 2 mins walk to night bazaar and staffs are friendly and helpful. But, we couldnt pay by credit card as we were told the transaction machine is down after trying several time with different cards.

Liked: Excellent place to stay. Rooms were cleaned daily, staff were helpful and friendly and excellent location. Doesn't have it's own swimming pool, but the one that hotel can use isn't far away.
