Liked: large clean rooms

Disliked: prices in restaurant deceiving, when bill came tax and service charges added quiet a bit. That said, staff friendly and helpful.

Liked: Excellent hotel and great value for money!! The lobby was great and rooms were super clean, spacious and comfortable. Free buffet breakfast and wonderful pool to relax in. Staff was very helpful and courteous all through and free tuk tuk service to Khao San Road was available whenever required. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who wants a great hotel at a budget rate.

Liked: Lovely pool area but the hotel rooms are really quite dated, a bit like an old hospital and the lightening really dim so certainly not for people looking for a bit of luxury but still adequate for a one night stay.

Liked: Free buffet breakfast, staff were excellent (except for one concierge who seemed to be trying to pawn us off to other drivers). Every other staff member went out of their way to help us.

Liked: It was very basic but adequate. It felt a bit like a run down hospital. The buffet breakfast was not extensive but edible. Staff were friendly and helpful.
