Liked: It was clean, the location was convenient.

Disliked: The staff was REALLY REALLY unfriendly. We were hungry and wanted to know if there were any restaurants nearby. The staff was really unhelpful when we asked for suggestions. We ended up ordering in, and when we asked for help with some basic cutlery, they refused to give us any even though it was right there! The receptionist refused to take phone calls and we had to come down to the reception every time we needed anything. We also couldn't make phone calls from the phone in the room and we had to come down to the reception each time. The breakfast was awful. There were no options. For the price we paid, we didn't even get free wifi. We were charged for wifi as well.

Liked: Our stopover in Bangkok was only 9 hours and it was great to have a hotel so close to the airport including free pick up and drop off - this went very smoothly too. They even gave us an upgrade so we enjoyed the luxury of a shower and rest.

Disliked: Planes flying overhead, but ear plugs solved that.

Liked: Extremely modern and clean rooms with very comfortable bed and really hot shower.

Disliked: The buffet breakfast did not cater for anything other than Thai food so quite disappointing.

Liked: Closeness to airport late at night.

Disliked: No-one obvious to meet us at the airport. Had to ask another hotel person and they phoned the BS. Breakfast looked ok, but dishes were not replenished so fairly meagre.

Liked: Good property for catching early morning flights or for arriving late at night. Free transport to and from the airport. Can also easily catch a taxi into town if necessary.

Disliked: Bathrooms weren't the best and there was really loud music playing until quite late at night (we came back at 3am in the morning and the music was still playing) from a bar nearby.

Liked: It was very close to the airport and had free transfers. The pool was amazing and the free breakfast was very nice.

Disliked: because it was by the airport and wasnt in a major touristy area, not many of the locals at the shops nearby spoke any English.

Liked: 24hr reception and pick up from the airport which was very helpful to us! Nice and clean rooms, nice pool, friendly and helpful staff. Definately worth it!

Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Free airport transfer was easy to negotiate (Just go to the meeting point and ask anyone with a sign, they will point you in the right direction). Returning to the airport was easy, asked to get the bus half an hour before we needed to, there in plenty of time. Night market and "7 eleven" in 5 min walking distance. Breakfast service was amazing, thai and western food. Pool clean and free beach towels for luxury loungers. Clean air conditioned rooms with TV.

Disliked: No wifi.

Liked: If you need to stay close to the airport, this hotel will be a good choice. Clean and big rooms, plus breakfast and swimming pool. Generally it is a very good hotel to spend time before your flight.

Disliked: Staff is horrible, not friendly, hardly answer your question, they give you attitude. We asked for a wake up call, and never got one, almost overslept. Receptionist said that he called but phone didn't work. What kind of excuse is it? Staff seem to be bothered and annoyed with your presence!!!

Liked: The location of the hotel is great if you are flying into Bangkok as stopover and need a place to stay in close proximity to the airport. There is a market just down the road with good and cheap food. The room was modern, clean and had a lovely view of the pool.

Disliked: The shuttle system to/from the airport is a little confusing however, as they don't provide you with much information, other than to wait. On arrival, the staff were not pleasant and did not provide much information. We were given a voucher for breakfast but no instruction on how to use it. When we found breakfast the next day, there was no one there to redeem it with, therefore had to help ourselves. There were dirty dishes everywhere, the eating area was an absolute mess and all food was cold. We were concerned after having booked a wake up call which never happened, this was especially alarming seeing as we were getting onto an early flight that morning. Overall, a nice hotel but the staff and service could definitely do with some improvement.

Liked: We loved the swimming pool, and the bedroom itself, they upgraded us for free to a lovely deluxe room with a flat screen tv, and balcony with a pool view, the bathroom was the nicest wed had in our whole 3 months of travelling, the bed was very comfortable, we arrived at 4am and they let us have a very early check in for a small fee.

Disliked: The only thing to dislike was the location, it was very near the airport which was useful, however there were no restaurants etc near, and the hotel doesnt have a resaurant, however we walked for half an hour from the hotel and found an area of fast food restaurants which would suffice for 1-2 days.

Liked: Great if arriving on a late flight or if you need to catch an early flight from the airport. Shuttle bus makes it very convienient.

Disliked: Nothing, everything fine during my stay.

Liked: It was FANTASTIC value for money!! So clean and modern and the bathroom was lovely!! SO close to airport and it's great that they offer a free shuttle bus!!

Disliked: Breakfast was not all that.

Disliked: Have to pay for wifi. However, nearly all hotels in Thailand do not provide free wifi.
