Liked: Nice place after traveling on a budget and midrange hotel. Nice staff, clean, change of the towels daily, new water bottles daily and even we got offered a discount for the second night. Great place.

Disliked: 10 min walk from the beach. But for the price absolutely fair.

Liked: Nice comfortable rooms, very clean, great location (only a 10 min stroll to the beach).

Disliked: The price shown for this property on hostelbookers is incorrect, so when we arrived we were told we had to pay an extra 300+ baht per night. We checked into a deluxe double room at about 2.30pm and a few hours later were asked to move hotels for one night because they had overbooked and someone in reception was kicking off about it. We were told we would be put in a deluxe room in a hotel next door, be refunded one night and be upgraded when we came back. The first room we were offered next door was a 5 bed male dorm with bunk beds and after refusing this one were given a better room in another hotel. When we came back to this hotel we were upgraded and were also given a free breakfast every morning. Not the hotel staffs fault, but not handled brilliantly. After this, the staff couldn't be more helpful.

Liked: Contrary to other comments about the hotel being a bit noisy I felt that this was in a much quieter part of Ao Nang and was exactly what you'd expect when paying for a budget hotel. What I appreciated was that it was a clean place to lay our heads every night - not something common to all budget hotels.

Disliked: It was a bit far from the beach but this we already knew.

Liked: This is a hotel, not a hostel, and it's amazing. We paid $18 USD for what would have costs $100+ in the states. They change sheets every day, do the towel animals on the beds and have AC in every room. It was really nice to stay here and relax in a clean, comfortable bed!

Disliked: Nothing!

Liked: Clean and large rooms for the price though I've not stayed elsewhere in Ao nang so not sure what else is comparable and at what price. Free water daily and helpful staff. A little walk from the main drag in Ao nang, but probably cheaper and quieter because of it. Brilliant view from my balony, Thai electricity poles only diminishing it a little. In room air conditioning un-obtrusive and worked effectively. Large electronic safe suitable for documents, an SLR camera, extra lens and a netbook. Big. Good cheap food over the road, 7/11 and money nearby. Breakfast however was ordinary and overpriced for what was available. Weetbix in the room were a much better option because of early starts anyway. Great staff, friendly, helpful and always polite. I'd stay again no worries.

Liked: The Pranang Flora House did not receive any confirmation by HostelBookers so we showed him the confirmation email we got. The staff reacted very friendly in this situation and helped us planning our ongoing trip.

Liked: A great place to stay! Good location, easy to find, a little bit far from sea, but when it was necessary to us to move somewhere (trip, pier) all service include pick up near "house", so location wasn't very important. Room was very nice, very clean, good hotel's level. Staff are very amiable, hospitable and obliging. Considering the attractive price, this hotel is the best of all where we stopped in Thailand.
